They explained that they were short on staff but the manager was doing screen work. No problem that it might take a couple weeks. After 2 weeks they called "it's ready." The "brush edge" that keeps bugs out was on the WRONG SIDE!" Ok, I'm patient... a little over a week later I returned and picked it up. I was having MAJOR issues mounting the door.... I suddenly realized the "brush" was installed facing the WRONG WAY! I took it into the store and explained to the manager that he installed the brush facing the OUTSIDE Instead of facing inside. "Well, I GUESS I can fix it right now." He said, OBVIOUSLY annoyed. 5 minutes later he came out, handed me the door.... NOT A WORD! Turned around and walked away from me! HE screwed up! With tax I paid $23. I'm sorry to say this particular ACE just lost a new customer!

The store is bright, clean, and well run. The people are nice and chat while prepping things. It's one of the best places i've found for buying large scale brushes that are of high enough quality that bristles don't escape in to your wet paint. I suggest, if you're working on a project, that you pop in here before you go somewhere like lowes. Its slightly more expensive, but you're getting more bang for your buck.
