They seem much more willing to help and answer questions than the competitor with Orange in their logo. I have never not been able to find something I need when I go to Lowe's. They seem to have much better policies and business ethics than some of their competitors, and they seem to like Veterans, so I will give Lowe's first shot my home improvement needs. The prices seem to be in line with their competitors, except for Amazon, but sometimes it is better to support your local store and to go see the product in person, versus just blindly ordering off the internet.
