Said if there is any issue they would replace for no additional fee. I'm good with plants but this tree never took off. They had the rocks we needed. We went inside to pay for them and waited outside for someone to load them to our car. You don't even wait for long at all. They're really helpful. They have rocks/stone for your garden, material for your pool, backyard, kitchen, and stone flooring. Tip: Check online for what you need. They may not look like the color you want when you go there to pick them up. After placing the rocks in our yard and rising them with some water, the dust is removed and you'll see the actual color. Also check online or call for hours.

Previously had good experiences…read more My landscape team reported that an order was short by almost half - I called support and was professionally heard and passed to dispatch. Dispatch told me I was wrong, and my team was wrong, because they use calibrated equipment. I'm an engineer. Calibrated equipment has tolerances - operating at low end of the tolerance, per load, can add up to significant under-fulfillment of an order. So yeah, it could be off. I trust my team that actually applied the product in the field. At the end of the day I don't really care, because I was short material for a project - 2 cubic yards. A big amount for me, a homeowner, but a small amount for a landscaping supplier. As a business owner, I would have expected a higher level of customer service, acknowledging the amount of business throughput with my account. I was offered a discount on a future purchase, but in a way that was pretty rude and forced. I declined the discount because I don't really want to do more business with a company that would dismiss me so quickly after spending thousands of dollars for their materials. The dispatch manager chose to forgo my future business to be right about a material cost of $172. Sure. you win, Southwest Boulder. You're right. And I'll take my next $3000 order somewhere else that won't call me a liar.
