This plant shop is absolutely gorgeous! The selection is incredible -- so many healthy, vibrant plants, and the prices are surprisingly great for the quality you get. The store is beautifully arranged, bright, and filled with stunning greenery everywhere you look. You can tell every plant is well cared for. I walked away with a Calathea Jungle Velvet and I'm already excited to come back for more. Truly one of the most beautiful plant stores I've ever visited. Highly recommend! read more

Dr D'Souza is a perfectionist with an artists eye! He sculpts people. I am so happy with surgeries he performed: tummy tuck with lipo and eyelid lifts. I still recovering but noticing the difference already. I must add that in addition to his artistic eye, Dr D'Souza is a compassionate, kind and patient practitioner. He takes his time talking with patients and is happy to answer questions. I felt safe in his hands and am so glad he provided my care! read more

Another fantastic plant shop bookmarked! I think I was going to a doctor's appointment in San Marcos when I was craving seeing some greenery and adopting (well, buying) a new baby. I Yelped plant shops and this one popped up. Really neat, tons of healthy plants, lots of sales too (like buy 2 for the price of 1), lots of cute things like stickers, candles, t-shirts and other usual gift items. The person who was in store helped me a lot, answering all my questions about all the plants I was ready to buy, like proper care. I got several plants and will definitively go back when in the area. I also loved the mural painted in the wall, such a beautiful addendum and adds so much joy to the store. read more

Great service, I came in and o look around and found indoor plant fertilizer that didn't require mixing with water. I found just what I needed: a sprinkle shaker of fertilizer that's a good size for use on my 3 houseplants. The prices for indoor plants are so reasonable and they were all so pretty. read more

I discovered PlanterSam in August right when they relocated, and I've been there countless times since. Every single visit is a treat, and there's always a wonderful selection of beautiful and healthy plants. I'm not quick to make decisions so I tend to linger for a while, but I've never once felt uncomfortable or rushed. While the selection is wonderful, Sam and her husband are what really set this place apart from other shops in the area. They are both just lovely people, super informative, and easy to talk to. I stopped most recently after a particularly rough week, and spent just about the entirety of my visit talking with Sam and her husband. I love this adorable plant shop! Admittedly, I'm good with some indoor plants but not all. I called ahead to ask if Planter Sam would repot any plants I purchase from them in my own pots. They do offer this service for a nominal fee. The person I spoke with also asked me to take pics of the lighting in the rooms where I'm having difficulties and so I did. The gentleman who helped me at the store was so knowledgeable and made a lot of super helpful suggestions. I walked in with sad, dead pots and walked out with BEAUTIFUL, potted plants! He also spent extra time educating me on the depth at which to check the soil and each plants needs. When I decided to purchase a moisture meter, he checked several of them to make sure they would work properly. I've also purchased plants as gifts here in the past. Planter Sam has wonderful customer service and is definitely a place I'll visit again. read more

I brought my fertilizer burnt monstera mint and monstera Thai in to "plant doctor Sam" I was sure they were beyond repair. Sam repotted them, cleaned up the roots that were rotten and did her best to revive them... and of course told me she couldn't guarantee they could be saved. I love the Planter Sam store! My first time in there was Spring 2023 when I brought in my favorite pots and asked for advice on what kind of low maintenance plants I could put in them. I'm brand new to plants and even been known to let succulents die, and Sam was so supportive of my renewed interest and effort. She was thoughtful about the environment I have to offer and looked out for my very nosy dog and cat by helping me pick plants with low or no toxicity. And, because I don't have a garden or shed and I'm not a green thumb, I don't have potting mix or even know how, so I was grateful they offer repotting in-store as well. Overall a great experience, and they have a rewards program where the rewards never expire, which was particularly helpful when I went back the other day for some help- my plants are doing so well, a couple of them needed to be repotted into larger pots, so between the Spring sale and my rewards, it was very affordable. I got two new plants too, and a moisture meter to help me understand better when my plants need watering. I'm finally feeling confident and happy with my ability to keep plants alive and thriving! read more

I bought several zodiac sign earrings for my daughters that are too cute. I have been going to Sam for plants since July of 2020. A few friends and I went as a study break because we noticed an ad pop up on our Instagrams. We showed up to her pop up plant shop that began with only a few succulents and plants (if you know her now you know how packed that garage would get with the most beautiful plants). We came with probably zero knowledge of plant care and the magical superpowers of being cacti killers. We each left with a box full of plants that day and a new friend. Sam and her staff take the time to really get to know you and teach you about plants. When the pandemic was at its worst we could always rely on a good trip to Sam's to get a new plant and learn how to take care of it as a form of self care and taking care of ourselves. I 100% recommend PlanterSam to all my plant friends because besides coming home with the best plants you also form the most amazing community and relationships there. read more

My journey with plants started when my husband bought me a peace lily as a birthday gift during our first year of marriage. After a while, I started rescuing plants from big chain stores. Slowly, my collection grew, and as I saw these plant babies grow and thrive, I began feeling like I was making a difference.

However, if you cannot locate a member of the staff for guidance, you maybe on your own. It would be helpful for a Store Directory to help you on your treasure hunt for your needed supplies. There is a large parking lot that can get congested. Watch for pedestrians that dart out into the crosswalk with too much confidence that all cars will stop and not look both ways before crossing. That is what contributes to the congestion. Checkout stations are well organized. Watch out for the racks of items designed for you to activate your impulse buying mode. Look ahead!!!

Their quote was completely itemized--which I appreciated--and ended up being well under every other retail bid I received. Two people really made the difference: Mary and Bolo. Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It's a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much. The house looks amazing (see the photos of the Blue Thunder Quartzite and the Jade tile!). They were fair, they were fast, and most importantly, they were responsive. Highly recommend if you want high-end results without the "luxury markup" of other firms.

He also installed floating shelves to replace those that did not turn out well when we initially tried a "custom order" solution from Urbandi. The Urbandi shelves wobbled when trying to support 40 pounds of medium-sized stereo speakers, while Reza's new shelves were capable of supporting a 200-pound man, which Reza demonstrated by laying on the shelves.
