I wanted a specific Benjamin Moore paint but they're closed for most of the weekend so I went here instead. The two ladies working were so helpful and answered all my questions. They helped me match the paint I wanted, helped me get all the supplies I needed, and all of this while I had my three kids with me. Definitely recommend going here read more

Only allowing curbside pickup - helpful to know the specific colors needed when you call, but otherwise a simple process. Needed two quarts of paint to start a home improvement project given that Home Depot wasn't able to match the samples given. All in all appreciate them being open given the current situation! read more

Awful and rude employees, who seem to want to pick a fight. I've never met an employee so blatantly hostile to somebody for just walking in the door. was hours before closing, and interrupted a conversation I had with somebody else (about my car almost being hit, nothing he should care about) to argue with me, so I just left. Disappointing experience. Offensive and won't return. I hustled into the store at 5:58 after battling traffic across town to get 2 small sample jars of paint. We're in the middle of a job and I had to make a decision that night on color. I called in advance and they were ready at the counter. The door was open, employees standing around, contractors out front. I walked in 1-2 minutes before 6:00, relieved to have made it by closing. A small lady at the register snapped "we're closed". I said, I just need the samples. "sorry the registers are closed". I said but I made it by 6! She picked up a little clock and said no, sorry it's 2 minutes after". She was snappy and rude. We had now be standing there for a minute, so you're arguing with me, making it my fault, over 1 minute? Seriously?? I pleaded, "pleeease, it's important for our project tonight!" My small cans were sitting right there. "Nope we're closed. (as the door sat ajar). I left knowing I'd never walk in there again. Can't we come to a different solution to accommodate this special case? I live a mile away, definitely not out to rip the place off for 2 samples. Our contractor was in the system. She could have taken my contact info, copy of my drivers license so I could pay later. it was the worst experience, I was furious to be treated with a nasty attitude. We've been going there for years for our home and rental homes. Never going back. Quite silly approach to business when there are so many other options. i wonder if service would have been different if I was a painting contractor. Hours on the website and store say they are open at 8:00 AM on Saturday. It is 8:43 and they are closed. I recommend going good to Home Depot for paint because you know they will be open. read more

Went to get some help with stain samples and Jesus, the only employee in there with us and also no other customers in their, was very unhelpful. I brought three samples of bare wood to get some stain rubbed on. He pointed us to the samples under which in the store was labeled interior stains after which I mentioned to him it was for our exterior patio. He then asked us if we wanted oil base or water base and I asked him which one he thought we should use and he had no idea which one or why. He then tried to charge us $60.00 for three samples. At this time we realized we needed to politely leave the store and go somewhere else where the employees actually know about stain and paint. read more
