I wish I could say something good about this store but they are slow, the woman employee blamed a customer for getting the wrong type of paint mixed (she kept repeating that she read the order back to the customer, NEVER apologizing or taking responsibility for things she works with every day and customer does not). They have few customers and are super slow. Jeff was nice but again they are slow for the few customers. Several years ago they mixed wrong color which my painter had picked up so I didn't catch it until the room was painted. So, I've given them multiple chances. I tried several different paint brands but always come back to DE. This is premium paint that is way better than the stuff sold at home centers and doesn't really cost that much more. Its application, formula, durability and stain resistance is phenomenal. I can touch up and the old paint lasts and maintains the colors. Their service is excellent too. Don't go here unless you want to be frustrated. They are helpful in that they ask if you need assistance..but as for finding your account or ringing up a sale--don't plan on it. I came in toward the end of a B1G1 free sale on modern masters paints. They had to call a manager, and then I had to wait for another manager to call back. Well into rush hour & for MUCH too long. I just wanted to check out! I showed them the manufacturer email, and website showing the sale & explained if done it at another location in November in which they just had to override the price of the matte versions (good through December 31st). When you walk in, the facility doesn't look as customer-friendly as a retail hardware store, but I assure you they probably have what you need and will help you however they can. We've painted our entire house using their products, and they've made it very easy for us to come back for more touch-up paints. He walked me step by step through the process of finding my association on the Dunn Edwards web-site. I wrote down a few paint samples I thought might match.
