Alysia's extremely poor customer service caused me to bring my business elsewhere…read more It's almost impossible to believe that anyone would hire this woman to represent their business in anyway shape or form. I have been buying paint from this particular store for years and prior to Alysia, I have always received very good customer service. Alysia would not answer simple questions regarding color selection, was totally unaccommodating and seemed to prefer to talk on the phone rather then to assisting customers in the store. She was like a zombie, she desperately needs customer service training as she lacked any skills in this area. I took my purchase to another Sherwin Williams paint store where a young lady by the name of Brandy gave me OUTSTANDING customer service. Brandy should be asked to train Alysia on the importance of good customer service and how to deliver it. In the future I will now be giving my business to the Sherwin Williams Paints on Escondido Blvd. and I will most certainly look for Brandy to assist me in my purchases.

We were cleaning out my dads shed and discovered a lot of old paint that had accumulated over the years. I called early in the morning and spoke to Fatima over the phone. She is a great person to have employed here. She is friendly and accommodating over the phone, and her smile in person was a plus. She helped us get steered in the right direction. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well (thank you man in the red shirt and boots as well as the man in the green shirt with glasses...sorry we didn't catch your names). I usually use a big blue or orange box store to shop for paint, but service means a lot to us. We can see that this Vista Paint store is managed and run well...their employees are so friendly! Sam gave me an estimate over the phone and was straight forward about the possibility for other issues if it hadn't been properly stored. He did determine that there were other issues and called to confirm repairs and pricing prior to completing the work. He even saved the old packing to show me the damage and replaced parts. Turned the equipment around in a day and made the experience very easy. Great owner and quality experience.
