Horrible person attending today , if she doesn't want to do her job , just fire her, a lot of people behind me get their products , I been waiting for mine , she attempted like 4 times and couldn't match mine, and at the end got mine wrong color and small can when I ask for a gallon, just to receive a answer "I have no time for this "" is this the way to give a service , or racial profiling, what's the problem, hopefully she never been hire , I never back there , I prefer close my account that I opened for 18 years , this person have not service manners. read more

A very busy store helping pros and homeowners, but the staff is always willing to help as time permits. You may have to wait a bit for someone to free up, but it is worth it as everyone there is most helpful. They have an excellent selection of colors and paints, and can easily match color no matter where it is from. read more

If I could give it negative star I would! Extremely rude attendant. My husband and I reached the store at 6:03 . It's supposed to close at 6 but the door was open and closed sign was not there. When we went inside, the attendant said we are closed and you need to leave right now. We explained that closed sign was not there. He said in an extremely rude manner you need to leave right now or else I will call the cops! That's as bad customer service as anyone can imagine. You go to a paint shop and attendant threatens to call cops on you! Did not expect this from sherwin Williams! read more

I took my family here to pick out colors for their room and we needed to pick out colors for our entire 5,300 ft home. I went directly to a paint store and not a big box store because I thought there would be experts available. I was wrong I should have listed to other yelp reviews on this place . We got a hi from way behind the back of the store , never saw an employee not sure where the hi came from. We were there for about 10 minutes completely overwhelmed by paint options and choices and no one came to help . We literally were the only potential customers in the store . Now we are no longer potential customers as we quickly left and will not be back to Sherwin-Williams store again . read more

Why is this store open during remodeling? You can't see any product or paint samples, men are just moving boxes around. Stood at the counter behind a princess for 10 minutes and went totally ignored by employees. 1st and last visit here. It's fairly obvious when you ask a question that the staff have no interest in helping you unless you are a painting professional. We were under the impression they sold to the average homeowner but they don't seem to be interested in taking our money. Kind of the final straw was when, in order to see the colors they have available, you have to give them a credit card number and a deposit to "borrow" this huge, unwieldy contraption that has these 1.5inx1in colors on hundreds of strips of paper that make it impossible to hold up to the light or your wall. Then when I return the awful thing the clerk says we are not in the system and takes it back from me, meaning we just lost our $10 deposit. I headed out to the car thinking "lesson learned" but then realized they had our credit card number so I went back in to have the clerk look in the computer until she found us. So she gave me the money back, I can't help but wonder how much money they make off "not being able to find you in the system". Anywhooo, I think we're just going back to good old Behr paint, it has worked so far, and it's easier to find colors and buy. I have heard really great things about Sherwin Williams paint so I can't say I'm not disappointed in the experience but I'll survive. read more

Home Depot just got $400 worth of my business this afternoon because of the complete and total disinterest of the staff at Sherwin Williams State Bridge Road. We had a number of technical questions (nothing the staff shouldn't be able to handle) about an outdoor painting project. The staff kept walking away, restocking shelves and going into the back of the store, despite the fact that I still did not have all of the answers I needed. It was truly unbelievable. We were the only people in the store and they acted like we were a total bother to them. Literally every drop of paint in my home has come from that store. The service has always been okay -- nothing to rave about but fine. After today, I will not go back. This is unfortunate, since I have several additional projects on the horizon and I live just down the street. read more

This location has a very helpful and informative staff. I brought a kitchen cupboard door into the store to have the paint matched. They worked on the color and showed me the first version which was slightly off. The staff tweaked the formula and it was a perfect match! read more
