The amount of care the ladies put into each latter is something I haven't seen before. The result is an absolutely incredible latte with gentle aromatic flavors that dance on the palate. For this latte they gentle set the rosemary on fire before dropping it onto the latte, then right after sprinkling the tiniest hint of smoked salt. The little touches really sing! The latte is one of a kind. I'm super glad I finally made it here on a day they are open. Have heard many great things but my first time actually trying it. So let's open one in Long Island please! So this review is specifically for delivery orders from this place: Most of the time when you order from other cafes the drinks are packaged superbly well - usually double bagged and stapled securely this way you can tell if the driver has tampered with anything and for the drink not to spill. However, Shepherds cup constantly places the drink in a separate plastic bag and no reinforcements. Sometimes they'll add one staple to the front but of course this comes undone during delivery. Other times they will literally handover the drink as is (no bag no nothing to the driver). I've complained so many times and I know others have as well. For $8 a latte why on earth can you not package the drink better or place it in the same bag as the order and add a separator as other restaurants do?! It's so frustrating. read more

There's also a bathroom here which is a huge plus. This is the cutest coffee shop I've seen! I love the atmosphere, it has all the fruits of the spirit, peace, love & joy! Came here to study and was on the lookout for outlets and wifi. There's some private rooms in the back that have outlets and near the couch, lots of tables with no outlet though. The WiFi was good and the food was good too nothing too special. They do offer other types of milk at an additional cost. What a unique concept of a Christian themed cafe! It has a beautiful ambiance from the layout to choice of decor. There is ample indoor seating and options for outdoor seating as well. There is also a private working room in the back as well. Wonderful customer service with attention to detail. My sister ordered a latte and I ordered a London Fog with almond milk. Love, LOVE this new find! My wife and I needed to get out of the home office and do our work in an outdoor setting (outside our condo anyways)! I Yelped local coffee shops and found this place; looked nice and clean, and large enough for us to be able to find space and work while enjoying a fresh iced coffee and such! Didn't realize until we came in that it's a faith-based locale with copies of the Holy Bible in several languages one can read and/or purchase, and a quiet room where you can read various Christian books, and buy them as you see fit. The ambiance is very clean, very welcoming, and the coffee and teas we ordered were fresh and delicious! From what we could see, the food various patrons ordered looked very tasty (sadly, we just ate before we came out here). And the place is in a great location with plenty of seating indoors and out for gathering with family and friends! Ample parking throughout the area too! At this point been to this place 30+ times and almost always top service and coffee. The energy is very different here, maybe cause it's a spiritual type cafe but it's very relaxing, you feel good sitting here. All staff go about and beyond, with the owner always being involved. Shepherd's Cup was opened in the middle of the pandemic and we are so glad to see it doing so well. It can get busy at times, but the staffs are all so nice. They always have a smile on their face, which helps easing our stress a little whether it's during the morning rush hour or when we just need a little caffeine being at work. (And it's good to know that we have more options other than local diners and Chinese bakeries.) Our go-to items are their avocado toast with tomatoes and egg + cheese sandwich. And you can't go wrong with their hot/cold latte with oat milk. Everything in the kitchen is made on the spot, or you can use to pick up what's being made in their fridge section. I finally got to come in and check out this cute Cafe! A lot bigger than I thought. There's 4 'sections'. The front with big tables, 2 sections with small round tables, and a quiet/computer cubicle looking area. I came in this morning, the cashier had an amazing vibe & aura to her! Made it a very pleasant transaction! There was a really nice & relaxing background playlist playing as well! I was able to sit in and be able to do a little work, the food was delicious! I had an egg & cheese sandwich with coffee. The bun was amazing! The egg & cheese cooked to perfection. The coffee was good at first but as it sat for a bit became a bit sour? Not sure if that was my taste buds reaction after the sandwich but unfortunately I didn't finish my coffee this morning. My Queen and I ventured into Brooklyn today and decided to enjoy breakfast at a place she's oh too familiar with. Upon entering your graced with a rotating library and comfortable seating, walk a little further in and you'll see the home made pastries and probably get a (mask covered) smile from the staff. They make all the food in house so you don't get the pre-heated taste oh and they have Ana tray of healthy juices as well. There are several lounge-like areas for quiet working and outlets all around so your devices may never die lol. This place was a pleasant surprise and I'll definitely be back. Happy to have this cute cafe nearby. We have picked up drinks and brunch items from here a few times and have particularly enjoyed their chai lattes, the sucuk panini (beef sausage, egg cheese omelette, red pepper paste on amazing Turkish bread), and the chickpea tahini bowl.
