As you see by the other pictures Trish did a fantastic job. We were able to bring in darkness and weave in at the top in such a way that it's going to hide the gray grow out for several months. It was an awesome job!

I could hear this lady saying my mother was upset. Mind you, my mom wasn't being rude and if she was, I would have told her so, trust. I think it's natural to have some frustration as both the client and the stylist when scheduling mishaps happen; however, this woman escalated the situation from 0 to 100, accusing my mom of being rude and then saying, "don't get upset with me for these dumba** people's mistakes." I definitely don't think you should be cussing when speaking with customers or clients. I also don't think you should be talking about the people you work with that way. My mother was literally just calling to find out when to come in. I don't think the situation was handled well by the person on the phone and we will not be visiting this shop.
