I also go to her because she offers the BEST coffee i've everr tasted! after 3-4 cups I don't realize i've been there for almost 3 hours, no biggie. Schedule ahead because she gets booked up fast! I'm glad she did & she didn't have to do that. I came in for a consult with Jackie, she told me what she could & couldn't do. He was super accommodating, nice and one of the best hair dressers who have ever chopped my hair off. My hair was a little past my shoulders, lifeless. Katrin Wilcox is an artist (and a chemist!!)! After 30 years dyeing my prematurely grey hair, I decided to go grey. Being impatient, I heard of a method to strip the old color and use a grey toner. Luckily I found Katrin, who did a truly amazing job. It took 2 visits because of the black mess my hair was in (almost stained black) and Katrin wanted to ensure that my hair stayed healthy and was careful not to over-bleach all at once. Take a look at the photos to see the beautiful job that she did and excellent matching to my "real color". Now all I need to do is let my natural hair come in without having to cut it all off or sport a scary black and white two-toned mess!!! First impression not good. I walked in and not one of the 4 girls even said hello. it had to have been about 10min after i arrived when a girl asked if i was waiting for someone. I told her yes Vanessa and then she said she would be there shortly. I had a 9am appt and she didn't show until 9:20. she said she was sorry and i was fine with that. she did a great job on my hair so i didn't mind her being late. i did however find it very rude to walk into a place and not even be acknowledged. I bought a groupon for a balayage from Miranda and for 3 weeks I tried contacting her to make an appointment but she never got back to me. I even tried calling the salon and they said I couldn't make an appointment because she makes her own so they said they would give her my number and she'd call me very soon. She never called and after a week of still trying to get a hold of her I just got a refund from groupon. Extremely disappointed with her service. She may be good at what she does but that's not all that matters when it comes to doing business. If this is how she treats people who try to bring her business then she's going to lose a lot.
