I've had my haircut by Susan two or three times now when I was in town, calling her on a moment's notice and getting an appointment. I really enjoy being in Susan's chair. She's calm, which is always reassuring since I'm often not, and takes time to listen to what I want. She gets it right away and has never let me down.
