When I had arrived I brought her a coffee she is an absolute doll but boy is she busy (she's THAT good) the color was absolutely immaculate that she did! Basically exactly identical like the inspiration pics I had showed her via instagram beforehand. I have to upload a pic when I can because we did not take any. The vibe was busy busy! They also have a section where you can get your nails done, I love that with salons it's fun and very lively'!! A bit pricey but worth absolutely every penny she is absolutely AMAZING at what she does and a true artist! It is so hard to find someone good with blonde! (Apparently it is the hardest to do) I have gotten so many compliments this week she absolutely nailed the color and j love it so much! Tangled T's is great and Kim is AWESOME. Being former military, attention to detail is a must. Have been disappointed with the cookie-cutter national chains. They could never get the fade right or left it uneven so much so that I would routinely leave frustrated and have to fix it once at home. Kim didn't shy away from this picky customer and seemed excited to tackle the challenge. Talked with me and worked with me throughout the process including thoughtful suggestions on styling and hair/scalp health. I left completely 100 percent pleased. This salon is rated one of the best for a reason. The ladies are awesome, the atmosphere is great. You can bring your kids and not have to worry. It's very chill. That being said: They are BUSY. They accept walk ins, but don't expect to be helped immediately unless they know you are coming. This isn't where they throw you in a chair, chop up your hair and send you away. They take their time, and they get it done correctly. TT has been doing my hair for 10 years and I have never regretted having her do my hair, and for very reasonable prices.
