She sprays water in my ear and my face and never gave me a towel to clean myself up. Getting your hair washed is supposed to be the best part... Getting your head scrubbed viciously with waterlogged ears is not fun. I like having a sharp point on my bangs going down between my eyes and then a circular bang going around my brows and she never could do it no matter how many times I explained. There were a couple times I sat in my car and cried after my appointment because I didn't like it but there was no way to save it because certain parts were too short. It's probably just this specific person and not the entire salon, but this is a bad look.
