I walked in, was asked what I want even though I let them on the phone and was told it was something they could do. I let them know again I want dip with nail extensions. They asked me if I wanted something different they had, I politely declined. Once I'm sat, Amy my nail tech starts doing my nails and seems very confused by what steps to take next. She asks me if I want something different (I think it's called gel x? I'm not entirely sure.) I let her know I've had it done a few times prior and I'm not a fan and again, I politely declined. To make a long story long, she filed my nails paper thin, shaping wasn't great, dip powder all over my skin and one broke less than 24 hours later. It has been one week and two more of my nails broke yesterday. Safe to say, I'll never go back there again. Also, I still tipped her even being unsatisfied. I know we all have to make a living but be better and don't question your clients so much. They know what they want before they even come in.

Staff told me they've been open with new management for about 7 months, so consider this when looking at reviews! I got a gel manicure with old gel polish removed. I didn't see/look into prices ahead of time but was charged $35 which I felt was fair, especially for the extra time removing old polish. My tech was Mia and she was thorough, gentle, took her time, and checked in with me along the way. I've had some manicures in the past at other salons that felt rushed and kind of painful at times. This was a really nice experience and I'll definitely be back. Plus they have a huge space and a huge collection of polish colors and types to offer.

I came back the following week so on Thursday. They supposedly fixed them on and on Friday messed and chipped up again. Absolutely never going there again. I shouldn't have to get gel polished fixed three times in one week. Or at all before 2 weeks. I will go pay someone else to remove this crappy gel polish, and put it on correctly. Oh yeah, my mom wrote a Google review partially about this but also about her own nail and they responded to her saying they did redo my nails. Absolutely not. Between the 2 that tried to fix (really they butchered them )my nails they DID NOT offer to redo my nails only fix them. Please, ladies and gentlemen, be careful. Because of all the dust, it was difficult to see that my nails were uneven and crooked until later. During the appointment, the male technician repeatedly filed my skin, and when I tried to pull my finger away, he gripped it tighter instead of adjusting. The color I requested was unavailable, and the entire service felt rushed. He handled my nails with dusty fingers, and I can actually see dust trapped in the polish. To make matters worse, lotion was applied at the end, which only rubbed the dust into my skin. Overall, the salon lacked cleanliness and attention to detail, and I left extremely unhappy with the results. My nails look terrible, and I left genuinely concerned about the risk of infection. I wish I had gone elsewhere and will not be returning.
