If you're busy on a movie set, you shouldn't be taking bookings from the public. When she finally "fitted me in" at 7 PM, the whole thing was half-assed and rushed. I didn't even get to pick my own glaze color; she just did whatever. I told her I was happy to finally get my split ends under control, and she just dismissed me and said, "everyone has split ends." I go to a salon for the experience and to feel seen, but I felt like I was just a nuisance she was trying to hurry up and finish. To make it even worse, my partner's appointment was also canceled last minute because the other stylist didn't have a babysitter. It's just constant excuses here. Then, when it was finally time to go, Lucky didn't even seem to know how to collect the payment. It was so disorganized and awkward. I still gave a 15% tip because I'm a responsible person and I value labor, but honestly, I feel like I was bamboozled.
