Anna was awful, so rough and took FOREVER. Took her an hour and a half for a dip powder nail and they are the worse I've ever had. They are half bumpy and half not covering the nail fully. The final coating is full of brush streaks and ridges. Never will return here. Awful experience!! The guy rushed through my whole pedicure. He did not push back the cuticles on my toes and painted over them. I made him correct this. He didn't get the calluses off my feet but cut a part of my foot open. I paid for a hot stone massage and did not get any hot stones! He set a timer for 5 minutes for a leg and foot massage and stopped at 3 minutes and 30 seconds! I can barely walk on my foot and wasted $60 at this establishment. I've gone here many times, and the service varies. I usually get gel tips or just gel polish, and I've had everything from a perfectly executed, beautifully designed set, and a basic color that is so lumpy and unevenly cured that it peels off within days. This place is big, which is definitely a perk if you have a large group. Our party had an appointment, but there was still a little bit of a wait to get everybody situated with their manicures or pedicures. My technician was very polite, and I had no issue during the manicure. The end result looked very nice. Unfortunately, it didn't last long, but I don't fault the salon for that-- I'm just a mess of a human being who bangs away on her keyboard and always chips her nail polish. I've gone here hundreds of times. Before leaving the area for a decade and comparing the service to other places, I probably would have given them 4 stars. Now I'll give them 2 at best. I've gone about 3 times over this last year and I always leave disappointed and regretting it. Yesterday was my last attempt. A basic pedicure is $35 and includes basics plus 5 min hot stone massage (I do appreciate that they use a timer). The pedicure is okay I guess (although they barely touched my cuticles and they don't do the paraffin dip anymore post Covid) but only if you're not looking to get polish because it's never done well. Went in for a pedicure at the Salon and in the past if you get the basic pedicure, they rush you through it and have you in and out in less than 30 . I decided to do the spa pedicure and get the gel nail polish ( which is now for $20 extra)! When they come with the bill it $85 and $15 for the tip it was $100 pedicure. The best part was I had to go back to next day and have the gel nail polish redone because the light wasn't working correctly and all of the polish was sticky and came off! read more

Unfortunately, had a very bad experience where the male nail tech did not ask me anything that I wanted noticed I had a broken now and decided to cut every single one of my nails down to the knob instead of offering the one nail to be a fake now he cut my nails all the way down as short as they could possibly go to the point where my nails were throbbing in pain and I was in tears at the end. They did offer me a free coupon and I took it, but I am petrified to enter this salon again because my nails are still in pain. The pictures are a week after I got my nails done and they're finally growing back a little but when he cut my nails, the pain that I had felt made me actually cry in real time and I said sir, you are filing my skin, and he did not listen to me. My sister was also getting her nails done at the same time so I was done before her. he also rushed my nails and talked the entire time with an AirPod in one ear. I have been going to Miracle Nails Liverpool for (5) plus years, Over the past year, my visits have been well below what I expect from a salon. The last visit last week was the final straw. I had an INEXPERIENCED, RUDE young woman!! Not only did I have to ask her to do what is just normal procedures, but she had an attitude.... Love this place - overall I pretty much got what I wanted. I would have given 5 stars, but although the shape came out perfect, after leaving I noticed my technician really missed the polish on the sides. Extremely disappointed with the last few visits. Their prices are fair for a pedicure/gel manicure combo. But tonight was the nail in the coffin. Walked in with a gel manicure, wanted to get my gels removed, nails cut and have a set put on. The guy I had, explain it too him 3 times and he said he knew what he was doing. He never put a set on, I asked him several times when he was going too and said he would in a minute then next thing he goes, all set. I said, this isn't what I wanted, manager came over and showed her the picture and she agreed it didn't look like what I asked for. Had no energy to cause a scene and it took 2 hours for him to do. Horrible business practices. I had a card for a free manicure after 10 visits. I presented that card to them at time of payment, as I had 10 previous visits.They stared at it, then said "it's for $10 off." When I asked why the card stated a FREE manicure, they couldn't answer that. I'm not one to make a scene, so I just paid the $5 for a manicure that wasn't even worth that much. I felt rushed and it was clear they just don't take much pride in their work. While I was drying my nails, I noticed a couple bubbles in two of my nails. I just left here about 20 mins ago and my experience was so terrible I just had to yelp it now. The man that did my nails was EXTREMELY rude. He also filed my nails so hard that the side of my left pinky is BLEEDING right now. I'm waiting for that to get infected because god knows how many nasty nail shavings were on it. I love coming here. Hannah is the BEST. She is always so patient and works with me to get my nails exactly how I want them. I always come to her with new ideas and she is always excited to try them. Went in for a gel manicure on a Tuesday early afternoon and was greeted right away and guided to the colors and later my seat. The staff worked quickly but did a great and efficient job. Seriously one of the best manicures I've ever had done outside of a spa. They a made sure that there were clean lines and a clean finish. I even got a shoulder massage while my nails were curing. We went here beacuse they were open on Sundays. Overall I enjoyed my experience. They have many ways to upgrade your service, I went with the Spa Pedicure and Parrafin Manicure. Pedicure was good, they wrap your legs and put a steam machine on them and they manicure was good as well. The staff were friendly and speedy. I did enjoy the free 5 minute (give or take) chair massage. That guy was very good and it was a great finishing touch. I would certainly go back. read more

If I could, I would give this salon ZERO stars. I usually go to a different nail salon, and get pedicures quite regularly but since I got a gift certificate for a pedicure to this salon I decided to travel to Miracle Nails. When I arrived the woman at the counter barely greeted me and I wasn't even introduced to my nail technician. When I was seated the nail technician showed me a list of options for scrubs and treatments (that didn't include prices), I proceeded to ask if they were add ons, extras on top of a regular pedi. She didn't understand so I explained and showed her my gift certificate for a pedicure. The woman snatched the sheet of options out of my hands without an explanation and proceed to continue as if I hadn't even spoken to her. I asked again if those options were add ons, she only nodded. She barely scrubbed or removed the callouses nor did she look at my cuticles on my feet. Honestly, she barely touched my feet. All she did was paint them and guide them in and out of the water, which they were in only for maybe 30 seconds. There was no conversation at all during my pedicure making it super awkward. I was there for a total of fifteen minutes from the time I stepped foot in to the time I "paid". At the end when she had sat me down in a different seat to dry my toes she proceeded to get very close to me and asked me, "you pay yet?". I replied not yet and I would when my toes had dried on my way out, again I held up the gift certificate. Again she snatched it out of my hand and when my mother came over as I had given her a look of distress at the closeness by this woman, my mother said she would bring it over and asked if they accepted credit cards for tips. ( my mother was yet to be informed that tis woman did Not deserve a tip) My nail technician told us that they did NOT do credit cards or debit cards. My mother went and paid an undeserving tip, as the woman left me to have my toes dry. I figured she would come back to check to see if they were dry and to take out the little paper towel spacers between my toes, But she didn't. Ten minutes later she had yet to come back and had actually gone onto another customer. I had to take the spacers out myself. As I left, no one, not even the three girls at the counter by the door, said goodbye to my mother and I as we left. I Wouldn't recommend this salon to my worst enemy. I used to be such a huge fan of this place. It has gone downhill. Don't waste your money here. Spend a little more at a more legit place. I sat in the broken chair (that's what they called it, not sure why I was put there since there were other open chairs) and when I asked them to fix it they shoved towels over the massage balls that were sticking into my lower back. This is the only establishment I've ever taken the time to negatively comment on. Years ago the experience was mediocre would return but was never over the moon. The past two years have been AWFUL. Two years ago I've given it 3x to see if my rushed, rude, half completed experience was just a fluke. No. Three consistent awful experiences. I unfortunately had a $10 gift card.. the "massage man" has always been excellent so I figured I'd finish the $10 gift card with a massage. I've without exaggeration have tried 5x since I have a negative review on fb. Denied every-single-time. Woman who manages will literally say "too busy." I just went in on a Tuesday afternoon and she looked at me... looked back and said the message man wasn't there. When I asked what day he will be there she just shook her head so confused I ask "is he gone?" And said yes. So in short they've essentially stolen $10 from a customer because of a bad review. I'm not a spoiled ungrateful constant negative reviewer, just TRULY in awe with how they handle customer relations. I've talked to a girl who has worked there at my new location and she was telling me how awful the owner is and how unfairly he treats his staff. I went in and waited for a good 29 mins for someone to take me ( there were multiple tables open) went and got my acrylics done and the lady who did my nails made 3 bleed, and they were crooked and uneven. And she did not apply them right and 3 days later, keep in mind I was very careful, 4 had fallen off. My mother called them and they said I would be able to get them redone for free if I came in that night. My mom said "I am going blind and I can't drive I can't get her out there until thursday (it was a Monday)" and the lady said "I don't care if you're blind you get her out her today" and hung up on her. Don't waste your time or money! The worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon! I made and appointment for four pedicures and gel manicures for my sister, mother, niece and I. We were 10 minutes early for our appointment nobody else was waiting and we were rushed from the second we walked in the door. They didn't give us time to pick our pedicure color before we were sat in our chairs. They tried to push us into paying for extra pedicures and when we chose not to they started talking under their breath and acting angry. The worst 5 minute pedicure then before even starting gel manicures we decided not to give them any more service. The owner was one of the employees providing the pedicure, could sense our frustration and that we chose to not do the manicures and still did nothing to try and mediate the situation. The man who did my sisters nails completely ignored what she said, over and over, and she now does not have the acrylic nails she wanted. Reasonably priced with speedy service and friendly front desk staff Quality of work is on par with high end salons, but you have to be very precise about what you want. They will try to get you to do the extra stuff, just say no if you want to keep the price down. Massages are wonderful, and they are attentive to the needs of the client. Waxing is always painful but quick and they don't always get all the hair on a brazilian unless you specifically tell them to. I have been here for every manicure and pedicure and wax since 2010, totaling about a dozen or so visits. Communication with the staff is key but they do very good work. read more

Love this location! Ive been coming here for 5 years. The gel lasts longer than any other salon. They also usually massage your back as your nails dry. Its so clean and the employees are so nice.
