It's called "Miracle Nails" because it's a miracle if you get waited on. It was a busy Sunday and I admit I didn't have an appointment, but they didn't speak to me at any point... one woman grunted at me when I walked in and gestured toward the nail colors. They got me into the pedicure chair within 10 mins and then left me there knee deep in cold water for 25! I kept gesturing to people as they walked by like... "Hello?" I finally put my shoes back on and said "I have to go" while the guy chased after me probably thinking I was dodging paying or something. And on top of that they were playing The Big Short on the big screen in front of the faces of 3 10-year-old girls ...full frontal nudity and closed captioning saying the f word like a thousand times. I have been going there for years religiously every 2-3 weeks for gel or powder manicures and spa pedicures. Today I went to get a spa pedicure and a regular manicure because my nails need a break. They are too thin because of repeated powder dips. Instead of spending $85 plus tip like I usually do the package was $53 and they wanted to charge me to get the powder off an additional $10. I asked if they would waive the $10 fee because I'm a regular customer spending up to $200/month for years and they would not. So for nail polish remover they've lost a customer. I know this sounds like a "privileged" post but I work hard to pay for my "spa" and relaxation time for "me time" and I would expect some customer service for a patron who frequents as much as I do. So now I'm off to wegmans for nail polish remover to give my nails a break. read more

made an appointment and still had to wait. The woman who did my manicure was nice although distracted with answering the phone and greeting customers...she then turned me over to a guy who was less than friendly....I look at this as an hour or two of pampering....it kind of fell short this visit. Not sure what I could do differently I almost think I get better service as a walk-in. All in all they are still the cleanest and most resonable around. There is also one in Baldwinsville that is smaller but seems to be just as busy. read more

I have been going to Miracle Nails for as long as they have been open, possibly 7 years. For me, it is like Cheers when I go in there. They are very nice to their loyal customers and very accommodating. While sometimes I have to wait, even when I have an appointment, it is always well worth the wait. It is always super clean there and I am never disappointed when I leave. I have tried going other places that are closer to me but I always end up back there. read more

All I can say is yep the service was fast! So fast that I had a $ 35.00 hot rock pedicure done in 15 minutes!!!! What a waste of my money and time ..... never in my life did I ever have a pedicure take only 15 minutes from the time I walked in the door soaked my feet ran the WARM ROCKS UP MY LEGS AND DRIED AND PAINTED my toes and in the foot dryer all in 15 minutes!!! My friend and I went on a Saturday to get manicures and the service was awful. The people rushed and the quality was terrible. I believe they water down the nail polish. Two coats of OPI polish and still unfinished. An African American woman walked in and two employees started talking back and forth in Vietnamese, some words were crystal clear like the racial comments they made as she walked by. All in all I don't recommend this place. I won't be going back any time soon. read more

We stopped in last evening (Thursday around 5:30) after stopping in the one in (Bayberry Plaza and was treated very poorly and $30 to do a child's nails and we left because they were rude and publicly calling out someone that was late for there appt.) Miracle Nails was a great experience and made my daughter so happy and feeling good about herself. It has no strong smells (Bayberry did!!), very nicely decorated for Christmas, very classy inside and quiet and relaxing, very spacious, so attentive and nice to my 10 year old. She has a manicure, polish of her choice, nail designs on 4 nails (though they said they would do 2 for this price), and a neck massage and only charged $10 total. What a great place to take your young daughter at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be repeat customers :o) read more

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 it is the second time I've been here the first time my nails I was talked into getting the powder gel because it lasts for weeks and you had to pay more within a week it was chipping and I was on vacation when I went in to explain it to them they told me it depends on how you use your nails less than a week and your nails chip after paying $45 for a manicure is ridiculous so I paid for it again and I wasn't on vacation and within a week my nails are chipping and breaking I went in to get them fixed because I was told they would fix them for free and they wanted me to get them done again and pay another $40 because it had been 10 days despite me calling at the beginning of the week when I refused they did such a shoddy job fixing my nails that you can tell the difference between one and the other they claim that it's because it's on top of my other nail will my other nail doesn't look like that and when I tried to explain it to them they just shook their head and laughed I will never go here again I was trying someplace new I always go to Famous Nails and I will go back there the staff here are very rude and they don't understand a word you're saying they don't even want to try unless it's about their tip read more

Worst experience ever! I've had many mani/pedis in my life but this place was by far the worst! My friend and I went in on a Friday afternoon and we were treated like cattle. They couldn't get rid of us fast enough. Our whole "Spa Pedicure" (including a paraffin wax which was a quick dip in and out) took exactly seven minutes from start to finish. Are you kidding??????? I went for a gel manicure and an eye brow and lip wax because they are literally the only salon open on Sundays. If I could give it no stars I would. I thought the manicure was going okay at first. Then I got my eyebrows and lip waxed. She asked if it was too hot and I said yes, but she continued to wax without cooling the wax at all before putting it on my skin. I just made a mental note not to get waxed here. THEN, on my way home, about 3 minutes out of the salon, I noticed one of my gel manicures was wrinkling, and still wet, and the paint was all over my other finger. I turned around IMMEDIATELY and went back to have them fix it. They were not going to! The woman told me they were too busy to fix my manicure. I said, I paid a lot of money to get my nails done, and you're not going to fix it. Again, she told me they were too busy. I said absolutely not, I was here 5 minutes ago, you need to fix my nail. They reluctantly did, but I am appalled at the experience. I also hate that you have to pay more money to get your cuticles taken care of or any other basic nail care, other than paint. Went with a bridal party (we had an appointment weeks prior), they sat all of us separately as we came in the door which was rude to begin with as we made appointments specifically to be together. They didn't have our first color choice (or just didn't want to look for it), the female staff were incredibly rude, they charged $35 for a basic gel manicure which was not worth it, tried to charge $90 for acrylic nails but "negotiated" to $70, and told the BRIDE how much she had to tip. The facility is beautiful, but the service doesn't match up to the amount they charge you. I ended up paying $30 for a $12 manicure, and to be honest, with the poor quality of the service I received I wouldn't have even wanted to pay $12 for it. Went with two of my good friends for prom and my service was awful. Mark gave me a manicure and pedicure and he persuaded me to get the spa pedicure with a free manicure for only 8 dollars more. So I asked if a French manicure would still be free and he said yes. So it was supposed to be 47 dollars but ended up being 51. He did not do a good job on my manicure or pedicure and complained about the tip I gave him. He rushed through my manicure and did not ask me if I liked it and told me to go sit myself under the dryer. He was then yelling across the store to the owner and two other workers about the tip I gave and did not smile at me once even when I was very polite. I felt like a bother and unimportant.
