A dew days later one of my nails was ruined so I simply called and requested to come in to have it fixed. Long story short, it took them 2 weeks to acknowledge this fix as they also insinuated that it couldn't have been their salon and when I went in the first time they wouldn't even assist me. I understand there's a lot going on in the world but one customer is not every customer. And shame on you Healthy Nails. I will never return to your establishment. Do better or you will continue to lose out on good and loyal customers such as myself. Extremely rude. Unprofessional and not personable. Do better.
