Came here as a walk in for a full set and pedicure. It was fairly busy but I was seated immediately. Jack Pham completed my full set and I asked for short square nails. He was friendly and did a great job with the shape and painting of my nails. My pedicure was completed by Linda. I hadn't had a pedicure in months and was in desperate need. She was also sweet and did a great job. Unfortunately my polish came off somehow, but I returned the next day without any issues and she redid all of my toes. I had only expected her to repaint what was needed, but she said she wanted to redo everything. I appreciate good service and will return when I am back in the area. read more

Very clean and observing all health practices and mask wearing. Everyone is very pleasant and accommodating. I tried dip nails for the first time and I love that it stays on better than gel, and is healthier for your nails. We went for mani~pedi's and were able to chat for both thanks to the considerate staff. The pedicure I chose was scented with green tea and included green tea moisturizer massage of legs and feet, which was so wonderful my legs and feet felt lighter than air. With a Pinterest picture the design abilities exceeded expectations and looked beautiful when done. Everyone is clearly happy working here, which makes for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Amazing! Came as a walk-in with my mother a few days ago in the evening. My tech was such a sweetheart. We had a nice conversation throughout my service, which was a full set with gel. At one point, she was speaking in her native language with the tech that was doing my mother's nails. My nail tech then told me what they were talking about because she knew that I did not understand them and I thought that it was very kind of her to do that. The salon stayed open late for my mother and I and I am extremely impressed with the QUALITY of work. I always ask for coffin shaped nails and this is one of the very few times that my nail shape has been exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone. i came here for the first time today for a full set and i was unfortunately disappointed. i had to go in and touch up my nails afterward because of the acrylic/glue on my skin and touch ups that were missed (cuticle cutting, filing). i noticed a little hair stuck inside the polish on one of my nails when i got home as well as edit over nail polish that wasn't removed entirely before beginning my set, which i cannot fix. a couple nails are also crooked. i paid $80 for a full set which isn't bad but i also got short nails and a very simple design. my money is very important to me and i definitely could have gotten a cheaper set of better quality elsewhere which is disappointing. overall i think they did a good job but i personally will not be coming back due to the sloppy job. please take this into consideration! read more

I visited and got acrylic dip for $50. They made my nails different lengths and they cracked after a week, plus wrong color. I asked for a new set and they said they would give a dollar off because it wouldn't be fair to their workers. (Who had done my nails horribly). The guy who my nails would go outside and when he came back in, he would immediately be on his phone right after. He continued to cut my fingers and blame it on me. Will never come here again. I have never experienced anything but the highest quality of service from this family owned business. Donny runs his business with pride and optimism. Shame on anyone for indicating otherwise. I've only ever gotten my pedicures at this place and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is super friendly and do an excellent job. Place is very clean and professional. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of work given. I recommend this place for everyone to get their nails done. I always love to go here with my girlfriend but this time I brought my mom and she had a great time. Overall I rate this place 10/10. So a coworker and I made an appointment to go in one day after work I've been here before and things have been fine but I Going to get a gel manicure and they charge me $36 for a gel manicure I said $36 she said yeah five dollars to take the gel off of your fingers I'm telling you I had minimal polish on my hands I had picked it all off throughout the day I barely had any on my fingers so you know we weren't charging me $5!!Her excuse was that it hadn't been done at that shop so they had to charge me five dollars to remove gel polish know I know you can charge for removing acrylics but this was nail polish she didn't use a hot towel or massage my hands and it was just overall horrible! And then the guy was like well next time won't hurt you and I said you know what there won't be a next time! I can go to Nu nail and spa in North Syracuse and have whatever polish from whatever nail salon in the damn country and only be charge $28 they take their time they lotion and massage you and use a hot towel read more

I have never been to a nail salon which is so dirty. I will not go there again. At one station I was at, the dryer fan was coated with dust and dirt. Looked like it never had been cleaned. Also the acrylic panel at the station was dirty. Looked like it also was never cleaned. If it is not cleanable, then they need to get a new one. read more

I went here for the first time yesterday and this is my new spot! This was the first time I ever went anywhere and brought a design that I found. There was no questions asked just "ok." Emily who did my nails spent 2 hours doing them and paid the closest attention to detail I have seen. She didn't complain or anything. She corrected every little mistake and went back multiple times to make sure they were perfect. She took a picture of them at the end. The other employees thought they were really cool. What a horrible place!!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!!! I didn't have an appointment but I did show up at 10am when they are supposed to be open! There was only 1 person there, the 1 person who only cleans and does pedicures. Finally, someone showed up at 1030 and started my nails. I had a lot of questions about the nails I was getting because they were different from what I was used to, so the girl started getting irritated with me, plus I wasn't really sure about the color and whatnot... I also requested several times that she file the nails to my liking and that seemed to irritate her as well! Upon finally getting the nails to where I was asked to wash them before applying the gel nail polish, I washed them and was returning to the nail station where the "owner" or whoever he is! With a nasty attitude said "can you hurry up and pick out your color because she has other clients coming in!!!" I was so offended that I almost walked out all together, I exchanged a few words with the guy because be had to business being that rude to me for no reason, not to mention how her appointment didnt show up for another 25mins well into her finishing my gel manicure. I have never been so disrespected and treated so rudely at a nail salon! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO BACK THERE AND I STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE TO THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO THERE TOO!!!! P.S.
