I've had many pedicures here and they have all been good, I love the massage chairs. I would not get a regular manicure here again, the young woman I had used an electric filer on my nail bed to fix "white spots" and filed the nail so low that you can visibly see the level difference as my nails grow back, it's going to take probably 6-7 months to get back to normal. I never get manicures but wanted to treat myself and wish I never did. Don't let anyone use this type tool on your natural nailbed, it's an inappropriate short cut. read more

This nail salon has plenty of parking and the interior is very spacious and clean. They have 10 chairs for pedicures and 10 manicure stations. I had a Groupon for a mini spa pedicure and a dip powder manicure. I came on Christmas Eve and had no problem making a phone appointment. I was greeted at the door and was offered water or tea. For tea, you have the option of getting jasmine or black. The mini spa pedicure included a scrub that went up towards my knees. My legs were then wrapped with plastic wrap to maintain moisture while I got the rest of my pedicure. The shape of my nails is great and I like application. My big toe nail chipped a little the next day but that may be due to my own fault. My nail technician was Yoyo and she did a great job. I got color #1 for the SNS nail dip. They did 3 layers which is thicker than I like but it looks great overall. I didn't like that there was gunk under my nails after the appointment and that it had that tacky "skin is stuck to nails-feeling" but it was easy to clean up myself. They were playing Christmas music during the entire time and I thought that was festive and fun. They also had a dog movie playing on the TV so I was entertained the entire time. After my manicure, I was given a light shoulder massage. My technician had the tiniest hands. I was also given a Christmas gift when I left. This was so sweet! Went to Sin Shin for the first (and last) time on 11/26 for a spa pedicure. My heels are badly calloused and I go for pedicures about every 3 weeks so pedicures have been a staple in my life for about 10 years. I always need the chemical callous remover. The technician at Sin Shin is apparently not aware that the chemical callous remover is actually lye and that she needs to be careful about not letting it touch non calloused skin. Additionally I did have to tell her to stop using the pumice stone so aggressively on areas of my foot that were not calloused. The first two pictures were taken minutes after I left the salon but actually blistered over the next couple of hours. The last picture is my foot almost two months later. I've not been able to go for a pedicure since because as you can see it's still not quite healed. read more

I made my appointment for noon, on a Saturday. I was there on time. As I crossed the door they welcomed me and confirmed the service I scheduled (pedicure). Herry was really nice and attentive. He even helped me being comfortable because I had surgery. There was soft music, they offered something to drink. During the process Herry asked for my opinion (water temp., color, nail length) As Herry was doing an excellent job his, I saw how nice the other technicians were with costumers. As I walked out slowly, Herry walked passed me to open the door for me, to make it easier. I will definitely will go back. read more

I am not one to leave negative reviews but after the customer service I just received for my daughter's birthday I would warn to stay away from this place. Not only do they charge you for legitimately EVERYTHING (the shape of my nail? And adding a tip to it) but the quality isn't even worth what I paid. I got up to the register for what should have been a $80 total and was charged $130 after negotiating with them. If you choose to go here I recommend you get everything paid for upfront or get your receipt before they start or you will wind up paying twice what you should for subpar service. read more

I really wanted to like this place, and have given it multiple chances. The staff is very friendly, but their quality of work is not there. My nails continue to lift or completely pop off after only a week/ week and a half, they will usually fix for free, but it's not worth it. Their prices are also the highest around for mediocre nails. The nails often come out uneven, or just plain bad. I'm so sorry to say I won't be back. read more

I took a good friend of mine for a girls day before the baby is born.(i suck with names) but the two people who took care of us are amazing! We both left with a smile from ear to ear. I've gone here a few times with my daughters & at 1st I thought I finally found a new place but recently I guess because they've gotten bigger they haven't been up to par, they only do dip here no tips & they put it on very very thin. My daughters dip polish completely fell off in 2 days. Figured ok she's just a child using her hands a lot, following day no lie 3 of mine were chipped & my 2nd daughters were falling off as well. I think this place used to be something else.... now it is Sinshin. GF and I made spare off the moment decision and we both agreed that it was one of the better mani/pedi experiences. Loved owners, service , detail to attention. Very clean, friendly and tons of thoughtful promotions. Timi the "spa mascot dog" takes care of entertainment. Definitely new nail place for me. read more
