came in today 5/5/26 for a soak off of my nails. she did the soak off and then proceeded to drill off the remaining residue from the gel. as she was drilling my nails, she would use the drill for about 1-2 minutes on each nail, causing my nails to burn and throb. once it was done, i left with rings of fire on my nails, my nail beds are completely raw, and my nails are extremely flimsy and weak. I've been going here for years and the quality of the bald and service has declined extremely, as prices have increased. Very unfortunate pricing for services that come out like this. as a 5 year customer this will be my last time coming back. The workers will sit there and blatantly talk about you, laugh at you, make jokes about you in their native language so you cannot articulate what they're saying unless you have a translator in your ear. I've noticed the last several times i've came to get my nails done, they do not care about the quality of their nails, their care about how quickly they can get you in and out of the chair. it's extremely unfortunate because this was my go to nail place. read more

Got a pedicure today by Leo which was great and i loved all the pedicure options. Also it was raining and they walked us to the car with an umbrella which was so nice of them! Vibes were great in there and it was very clean, will be back again! read more

I went here with a friend and both got pedicures. a women both did our feet my girl didn't massage me for a well 10 minutes she and others wasted time and was petting my leg not massaging at all. Very overpriced and charged for ally if dumb things over 200$ for 3 pedicure. good staff and painted well just not for me and we won't be coming back. Water was cold and took about 20 mins for all 3 of us they rushed and didn't want to be there. read more

Upcharged me for ridiculous things. They do great nails and their staff is nice but didn't appreciate being charged more to slightly modify the nail shape or to take off my powder color. Huge rip off compared to other salons in the area. read more

This was my 1st time there and I will definitely be going back. There is an open, bright feel as soon as you walk in and throughout the whole salon. There are 12 pedicure chairs and several manicure spots. Ella's was my nail tech and she didn't try to have awkward conversation. She did point out a flaw in my acrylic set, which is why I didn't return to the original salon. She fixed the flaw, did a fill that fits right against the whole nail bed, and did multiple colors. All this for $50. They also have kid manicures and pedicures. I'm going to bring my daughter in the future. read more

I did the powder dip nails and my nails fell off in less than a week and a half. The ppl were nice at this location, but the quality of the work was very much lacking. I felt dissatisfied with the work/quality and the acrylic dip powders product used for my work. I have had the nails done at other salons and they last 21-35 days and never fall off. If they fall off 7-10 days in, this is not a good experience for a client. My nails were thick (fat) and needed to be filed down with more precision. I was the last appointment of the day and they closed the shop after my appointment. Perhaps the tech was tired n didn't care. When you pay $40-50 for this treatment you expect they will last at least 3 weeks. read more

This nail salon is so nice!! We walked in and they were able to take us right away. The decor/vibe feels very upscale and relaxing. It was very clean and the prices are very reasonable! I had a very basic manicure and I love how it turned out. My nails are very hard to paint because they're so little, but my nail tech was very patient and gentle! I am really disappointed. This is usually my go to place for a Mani Pedi. The young lady seemed very disinterested in giving me a good pedicure or manicure. This picture is literally 10 minutes after I left there. My cuticles still show the nails are not neatly polished. I had even told her about my poor Mani Pedi that I had just had in Florida. I had an appointment and it was not busy. She never put cuticle remover on my fingers or gave any attention to trying to use lotion. My nails look like I polished them and I am horrible at that. The service here was good and the people were nice. They also offer a rewards program which I think is cool and different. The place itself is big and clean. HOWEVER, I received a dip manicure and one nail chipped within 5 days. I called them back and they did redo the nail for me (took 45 minutes to do 1 nail with a scheduled appointment). Two days later, another nail chipped and now it's been 1 week and 3 days and I have 4 nails chipped. I won't ever go back here. Dip nails that I have received before have lasted as long as 4 weeks without chipping. read more

Took a chance on Cozy Nail Spa, as I was back home for a visit. It was the right choice. David did a fantastic job with my nail fill. I'm a cosmetologist educator and very aware of safety, sanitation and procedures. I would highly recommend this spa. Every detail was met and some special touches too. Hand massage follow with a hot towel. Hot towel neck and shoulder massage too! My nails look fabulous and very natural. Actually this was the best they have looked. This is exactly the service I was looking for! I have a medical issue that makes it difficult to maintain my toenails. I just need a monthly clipping....not a full-blown pedicure.
