This is now called Seneca Nail Spa, as they are under new management, but this is my go-to place to get my nails done! I generally have no problem just walking in, but if you go during peak hours you may want to make an appointment. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted and made to feel special. During this visit, I opted for the Lavender Spa pedicure. The massage chairs are comfortable and they gave me a bottle of water while I had my pedicure. The pedicure consists of many hot towels, foot scrub and a hot stone massage as well as a warm shoulder massage at the end. First time trying Seneca nail spa. The place was completely empty when I got there. I wanted a very basic gel manicure to keep my natural long nails strong. The manicure was super quick, I was in and out in under 20 minutes (which is not a complaint if you're in a hurry). I'm just not pleased with how my nails turned out. The gel is super thick and uneven. It looks bumpy and is globbed in some places over my nails. I paid $30 plus a service fee and a tip so about $40. I wouldn't come here again. I can't afford to go get them fixed so I'll have to keep them like this until they grow out. On the plus side, the lady that works here is very very nice. I would consider asking for her in the future. read more

This is called Seneca Nails now but I loved it before and I love it still. I live in San Diego, but come here to visit family... and I have yet to find a place in CA as good as this place. Full disclosure, I am not picky about my nails at all, but they give you a water bottle, a free neck/shoulder massage, are super friendly, reasonably priced, accept credit cards, don't play annoying music, and tonight, when it started pouring rain while I was in the chair, a man who worked there raced to the front door in order to walk me to my car with an umbrella over my head. It's easy to miss this place next to the U-Haul storage but it's great! read more

I do NOT recommend this nail salon. I had originally made my reservation in advanced showed up around 5:35, reservation was for 5:40. And had no idea what I was getting myself into...for starters when I had called they told me absolute price was $55 not including tip. With that in mind I brought 80 so they could have a $15-20 dollar tip. As he was finishing up my nails, he had told me that the ending price was $85! I had gotten a full set with French tip and design. The nails turned out nothing like the picture. Staff were very rude. all laughing and joking around making fun of people. Walked out only paying the $80 I had no tip! Even if I had the money on me I still wouldn't give the tip due to the looks of the nails. I asked for long and he kept cutting till he wanted to stop or till it "looked best" not to mention THE BATHROOMS! Astronomical mud dirt all over the floors blood in the sink toilet not clean at all! Awesome new nail salon!! They are very friendly and currently have grand opening deals which I hope they keep because they are similar to miracle nails not too far from here. I love their spa pedicure and the eyebrow wax was good. Like other reviewers have pointed out- the selection of colors they have is phenomenal!!! My friend and I stopped by on a whim to get gel nails and pedicures before a weekend trip. Pedicures we're very relaxing and thorough. Gel nails came out nice. They started to peel after about ten days, which isn't great for gel nails, but I admit I'm a little tough on nails. The place is clean except right out front there was a two liter bottle of soda about half full that they were using as an ashtray. It looked and smelled disgusting. The staff is really unfriendly. I got a manicure yesterday and came back today because I had a bunch of bubbles in all of my nails and it was really noticeable- just a really bad manicure. They repainted my nails for free but the man told me I could only pick out one color (my original manicure had different colors on each nail) or else he would charge me. This doesn't make sense- if they messed up my original manicure I would assume they'd redo it right? It's been an hour and I have bubbles in my nail polish again. I've been here a few times for pedicures and leg waxing ( bottom half) a few times and it's been just ok. I booked a waxing session for full legs and bikini because I was going on vacation and didn't want to worry about shaving. I didn't check closely about the job that was done, silly me I trusted that the hair was removed. Now I'm on vacation and noticing all the long hairs that were left on my knees, back of thighs, and by my ankles. I'm very disappointed. To add mor insult, on the board it stated $55, and the girl charged me $60. Good thing I noticed and they gave me $5 back from the register. I won't be back. I got a gel pedicure and they did an incredible job on my feet and nails! I get ingrown toenails and the nail tech expertly took care do them, instant relief! I was also so shocked at their vast selection of gel nail colors. Finally, I don't usually like massages or people touching me, but the massages they gave after the pedicure were so relaxing, I loved it!
