First time trying Seneca nail spa. The place was completely empty when I got there. I wanted a very basic gel manicure to keep my natural long nails strong. The manicure was super quick, I was in and out in under 20 minutes (which is not a complaint if you're in a hurry). I'm just not pleased with how my nails turned out. The gel is super thick and uneven. It looks bumpy and is globbed in some places over my nails. I paid $30 plus a service fee and a tip so about $40. I wouldn't come here again. I can't afford to go get them fixed so I'll have to keep them like this until they grow out. On the plus side, the lady that works here is very very nice. I would consider asking for her in the future.

I had gotten a full set with French tip and design. The nails turned out nothing like the picture. Staff were very rude. all laughing and joking around making fun of people. Walked out only paying the $80 I had no tip! Even if I had the money on me I still wouldn't give the tip due to the looks of the nails. I asked for long and he kept cutting till he wanted to stop or till it "looked best" not to mention THE BATHROOMS! Astronomical mud dirt all over the floors blood in the sink toilet not clean at all! I will not be returning here again. I do not recommend.

My friend and I visited Qing the other day for pedicures and we will definitely be going back! They were very attentive and did an excellent job. I brought my two year old son as well and they were great with him. She even made sure he had his own chair next me.

I love their spa pedicure and the eyebrow wax was good. Like other reviewers have pointed out- the selection of colors they have is phenomenal!!! They have so many colors to choose from, which for some can make it difficulty (lol) others it's great to have variety!!! The place is clean and I love how they open the tools from the hygienic packaging right in front of you. They also give you a reward card which you can bring in each time for free services as well as a coupon for discount on services for your next visit!! I def recommend this place!

Me and my friends happened to be in Syracuse to go to Destiny mall and the 3 of us walked in without a reservation and had a great experience. No wait time, good communication, very skilled work, and very time efficient. They even threw in hand massages and a quick shoulder massage which was out of their way and above and beyond in the customer service.

This little gem is a great find! They do a fabulous job for $45 which includes a paraffin hand treatment and 10 minute back massage! This is our second time here and it's awesome! We are now regulars!! Lucy and James took wonderful care of us both!

The staff here is absolutely wonderful! Very customer service oriented. Anna did my mani/pedi and she was great! I'm super picky about misshapen nails, nail polish on my cuticles etc. Anna was very detail oriented and did a great job on both my hands and feet. Prices are very reasonable and they definitely take pride in their work. I've tried other salons in the area for mani/pedis and this is the only one I've come back to after a first try. read more

This is now called Seneca Nail Spa, as they are under new management, but this is my go-to place to get my nails done! I generally have no problem just walking in, but if you go during peak hours you may want to make an appointment. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted and made to feel special. During this visit, I opted for the Lavender Spa pedicure. The massage chairs are comfortable and they gave me a bottle of water while I had my pedicure. The pedicure consists of many hot towels, foot scrub and a hot stone massage as well as a warm shoulder massage at the end. They offer many specials and discount offers, so take advance of these! read more

This is called Seneca Nails now but I loved it before and I love it still. I live in San Diego, but come here to visit family... and I have yet to find a place in CA as good as this place. Full disclosure, I am not picky about my nails at all, but they give you a water bottle, a free neck/shoulder massage, are super friendly, reasonably priced, accept credit cards, don't play annoying music, and tonight, when it started pouring rain while I was in the chair, a man who worked there raced to the front door in order to walk me to my car with an umbrella over my head. It's easy to miss this place next to the U-Haul storage but it's great! read more

I've been several times and they are always so nice and the vibe is very soothing. Relaxing music and everything. Around Christmas I took my mom for her first ever pedicure. She absolutely loved it. My nails always last long when I get them done here. read more

Place sucks. EVERYTHING is seperat. Spa package does not include mani or pedi. $110 later. Gel is chipping and it's been 12 hours. My daughter did not get spa package and was charged same damn pric. i questioned it. They talk among themselves in Chinese. I ask again and was told she had heels done so spa package $250 dollars later! My nails should have be wrapped in GOLD PAYING this shit! NEVER again. Run from this place! read more

Just paid $40 for an acrylic set when I asked to get my broken nail fixed bc I already had a full set done and on my hands. The man who did my nails emery boarded off my skin and made me bleed- he files off your cuticles.. Wont be returning HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE... do NOT let "Danny" do your nails My finger is in severe pain and now infected all because he was careless and files off my skin In addition they only play weird opera music read more

My friend and I stopped by on a whim to get gel nails and pedicures before a weekend trip. Pedicures we're very relaxing and thorough. Gel nails came out nice. They started to peel after about ten days, which isn't great for gel nails, but I admit I'm a little tough on nails. The place is clean except right out front there was a two liter bottle of soda about half full that they were using as an ashtray. It looked and smelled disgusting. They should definitely consider removing that. read more

The staff is really unfriendly. I got a manicure yesterday and came back today because I had a bunch of bubbles in all of my nails and it was really noticeable- just a really bad manicure. They repainted my nails for free but the man told me I could only pick out one color (my original manicure had different colors on each nail) or else he would charge me. This doesn't make sense- if they messed up my original manicure I would assume they'd redo it right? It's been an hour and I have bubbles in my nail polish again. I'm just going to remove it and get my nails done somewhere else. Also, my thumb is bleeding from the woman using her nail to scrape paint off of my finger. Go somewhere else. read more

I've been here a few times for pedicures and leg waxing ( bottom half) a few times and it's been just ok. I booked a waxing session for full legs and bikini because I was going on vacation and didn't want to worry about shaving. I didn't check closely about the job that was done, silly me I trusted that the hair was removed. Now I'm on vacation and noticing all the long hairs that were left on my knees, back of thighs, and by my ankles. I'm very disappointed. To add mor insult, on the board it stated $55, and the girl charged me $60. Good thing I noticed and they gave me $5 back from the register. I won't be back. She couldn't even communicate with me because she didn't speak English, we had to play charades to try and figure out how she wanted me to turn as she waxed me. Never again. read more

One of the worst mani pedis in my life. The guy barely got rid of my calluses and the paint job was awful for both my hands and my toes. My cuticles look worse than when I arrived somehow. Also while I was there a guy who I'm guessing is the owner was literally screaming at one of the employees and it because very uncomfortable there. read more

Seriously, this place is amazing. The people that work there are so friendly and considerate and they will pamper you so much, you feel like a queen. Not to mention the prices are amazing and the atmosphere is calming and quiet. Their polish work is also amazing as well. read more

I live in Watertown and there are no decent nail places in the area, took a drive down here to go to another store and thought I'd stop in for a full set and pedicure. So glad I did! This place is awesome! Employees are very friendly and my nails look great. I will be venturing down here regularly it seems... worth it! read more

Finally found a nail spa that is good! I made an appt. online via messenger and the response confirmation was almost immediate. We were able to be taken in early. Very clean, relaxing music, friendly staff. Never rushed. Spa pedicure included back massage and paraffin manicure. James and Anna were great. Will be back! read more

WOW I'm impressed. I took off my acrylics at home and they looked HORRIBLE and completely thin and gross. I came in and saw Anna to get a gel manicure and it was the best I've ever gotten. The guy that worked there is AMAZING!! I have been looking for someone for a couple months and he is without a doubt the best nail technician I have been to in a long time. He takes his time to make sure you are comfortable and your nails are perfect. I received a hand and back massage as well. I won't be going to anyone else not even for a nail change! I haven't been to the other ladies that work there so I can speak in them but the gentlemen that works there is A1!!! read more

Sadly I have to come on here just 4 days later to say that 3 of my gel nails have chipped. Luckily I have a regular nail polish about the same color of my nails to paint the chipped spots but it still looks so uneven. Very disappointing. read more

Qing Nail is my new favorite nail spot! Great pedicure today and very reasonable prices! They accommodated two walk ins (although you might need a reservation for busier times). I had Jay do my pedicure and he was skilled, polite, and funny. Relaxing and quick pedicure, will definitely come back and try other services! read more

Loved this place! I just asked for a color change and Danny did such a nice job. Filed and buffed them all for no additional cost. Did a fantastic job and even gave a free hot towel shoulder massage. Added bonus: the place smelled nice, and not like chemicals!! read more

This is a quiet shop that is great for relaxing as it's not filled to the brim with tables and chairs like other nail salons. I will be going back and using my punch card that gives me a free basic manicure or 10 dollars off on the 10th use. Charlie was amazing and patient, highly recommend him.

I didn't see/look into prices ahead of time but was charged $35 which I felt was fair, especially for the extra time removing old polish. My tech was Mia and she was thorough, gentle, took her time, and checked in with me along the way. I've had some manicures in the past at other salons that felt rushed and kind of painful at times. This was a really nice experience and I'll definitely be back. Plus they have a huge space and a huge collection of polish colors and types to offer.

I find it odd that you can't see my 1st review. So here it is. I don't know how to put on photos. I'm eccentric. It's hard to find a place who will free hand your choice. I work with people who will. Anna was new. She worked hard to please. Fantastic by #3time 1st whole solar system colors and all!. Next crescent moon 2 stars my way. Colors and all. Beautiful job. I gave a 5. I am very particular. Great! I was impressed with her. I was going to stay. The 4 on my 2nd review would have been a 2 if not for her 1/2. He rushed her. Let's see with Anna next time. If the sloppy job happens again. Because he rushes her. I do have 3 others who will do what I want. I just thought I would check out a 5 and see. Sorry at a 30 to 40% tip. Sad. He got a standard 15. Oh. My. God. This place is amazing!!! I have been looking all over Syracuse for a good nail salon, I saw this place had decent reviews on yelp and decided to give them a try and I am soooo glad I did! I got a gel pedicure and they did an incredible job on my feet and nails! I get ingrown toenails and the nail tech expertly took care do them, instant relief! I was also so shocked at their vast selection of gel nail colors. Finally, I don't usually like massages or people touching me, but the massages they gave after the pedicure were so relaxing, I loved it! Great place, awesome and relaxing pedicures- even for guys. Highly recommended! They recognize you and appreciate your loyalty. They don't talk about you like a lot of the competition, which would make you feel uncomfortable- they just do their job and do it very well. My girlfriend and I make a day of it. We never make an appointment, if they're busy, we come back in 20-30 Mina (there's stores within walking distance) and they get you right in upon walking back in. Also, my girlfriend is very picky about her eyebrows and Daniel is really good with them. I recommend Anna for pedicures- very relaxing. read more

The male who does the pedicures (I feel bad that I don't remember his name) he gave me the best pedicure. He really took his time on the massage(which we all know is the best part) and didnt rush through everything like most do. Anna did well on my gel manicure, just how I wanted it. I have been going to this nail salon for a very long time and short of them not knowing English, they do an amazing job and are very polite. They take your coat and put it on for you and of course putting your shoes back on. I have had Lucy and Anna do my mani/pedi and both girls were very nice and did a great job. This place is great! Not usually super busy so they can usually fit you right in. If they are busy though, they're actually honest and give you a time to come back that is realistic, rather than telling you it will be 5 minutes when it will actually be an hour. They do a great job on your nails as well! I've had regular mani/pedi's, gel manicures, and spa pedicures and all have been excellent. read more

I have been to many nails salons and I never felt comfortable in them. It got to the point where I never would go.. then my mom said she wanted to go get her nails done and wanted me to go. I was very hesitant but I went! To my surprise it was great! Very clean and very friendly! It was great my nails looked great. It was great massage as well! The other day it was down pouring so I was waiting in my car for it to calm down a little and one of the workers ran out to my car to walk me in with an umbrella! It was such a sweet gesture. I love coming to this place! I usually come for a pedicure, but I have had gel manicures and eye brow waxing in the past. They always do a great job! I also love that they always end with a hot shoulder massage while your nails dry. Give it a try! read more
