I called to make an appointment with Tonya because she had been mentioned in quite a few reviews. The salon is smaller with 4 pedicure chairs in a strip mall on Buckley Road. I was greeted and Tonya came up to me and introduced herself and had me choose my color. I asked her to add glitter to the color and she said no problem. I liked the whole atmosphere of the place because it was laid back and friendly. I noticed many of the customers were regulars because they were greeted by first name. That is a great sign!! Tonya took her time with my pedicure and was very gentle. I loved my nails she did exactly what I wanted and they look great!

My toes DID look nice in the end, but aside from the hot stones, it felt much more like a $25 pedicure. Lotion was slathered on my legs, but then it was covered with a hot towel and wiped off. So not sure what that was about...And the menu says "comes with a massage" on the deluxe pedicure too. If you're not going to offer a service, please take it off the menu. The ladies getting their nails there all seemed really happy with that service, so maybe just stop in for a manicure. Don't waste your time with the pedi.

I didn't see/look into prices ahead of time but was charged $35 which I felt was fair, especially for the extra time removing old polish. My tech was Mia and she was thorough, gentle, took her time, and checked in with me along the way. I've had some manicures in the past at other salons that felt rushed and kind of painful at times. Felt like my hair didn't look any different when I left than it did when I got there. No one even noticed I got my hair done it was such a subtle change despite me saying I wanted to go much lighter. I also didn't like that their shop said it would cost a certain amount and I was charged DOUBLE that. I get that I have a lot of hair and use more product so I knew it would be slightly more.
