This was my first time coming here. It was very clean inside and I was able to walk right in. It's not a huge salon, so you may need to make an appt if you come at a higher traffic time. The tech did a good job and I appreciate him not trying to upsell me on my pedicure the entire time like I've faced at other salons. Had an appointment booked for 10am, super easy to book and got a classic mani pedi. Chris did my nails and he was so nice I accidentally messed up the polish on one of my toes when I sat down for my mani and he fixed it and was really kind about it. I was embarrassed I had just screwed up the pedi he just spent like 20/30 mins taking care of! But he was so nice and not even annoyed with my clumsiness. Also they have a student discount for classic and gel mani pedis which is so sweet and VERY much appreciated. Would definitely come back here! Dropped in last minute for a pedicure, friendly service and extra clean salon. Great sanitary measures in place. Quiet salon with relaxing atmosphere. The lady who did my pedicure was excellent. I went with the lavender pedicure package and added hot stone, she had great attention to detail and was meticulous when cleaning, trimming and painting. The lavender treatment, the massage, and hot towels made the experience so relaxing. After I was finished I went to dry under the fan, the gentleman at the shop (Ryan?) made sure I had heated air because of the temps, and then I had an unexpected (but greatly appreciated) shoulder massage. I travel for work a lot and try new salons in the different places I visit. This is one of the best - I wish I could replicate it in Denver! read more

I've visited this place 3 times and the 3rd time was the worse experience I've had at a nail Salon. They had a new nail tech who worked on my manicure. She was rushing to finish and sanded down my nails to the point that the skin underneath my nail hurt. I told her to please stop that she was hurting me. She ignored what I asked along with Ryan the owner. My nails have been SO thin for 1.5 months now and they keep breaking. It's been a nightmare. I can't even wash my hair properly because my nails are paper thin. I even complained to the owner, Ryan, and he did nothing about it. No apologies or a refund. It's so sad there aren't any good nail salons around here that care about giving good nails or service. I have very messed up and ugly nails now. I'll let the picture speak for itself. I had to go to my nail lady in Brooklyn and they were horrified with what happened to me. I had to remove the gel and they put a nail strengthener but they said they've never seen so much damage and that my nails are so thin it's hurting the skin underneath. Overall this place is amazing. Love how clean it is when you first walk in. The staff is so friendly and kind. Shout out to Chris who did my gel manicure and did such a relaxing job on my Lavender Spa Pedicure. I especially love how they have a timer for your massage. Wait until you get the hot stone massage at the end. This place is so convenient being opened on Sundays. Not many places are opened on Sundays. I don't know WHY THIS PLACE ISN'T BOOMING WITH PEOPLE. LET ME JUST SAY AMAZING. I'm from the city and my boyfriend lives up here so I occasionally come every so often to see him, got to love long distance relationship besides the point anyways due to the virus everything in the city is closed an my birthday was this past Sunday and the nail salon I wanted to go to up here was closed on a Sunday and I was truly sadden by this I am a very picky person when it comes to a lot of things so I definitely read reviews and view photos when deciding the place I'm going to eat at or shop etc... sorry getting off track anyways I found this place on yelp and was interested but skeptical due to so little reviews and photos but the rating was high so I called Sunday morning around like 11am and asked if I could come in for a full set and pedicure and they said they could take me at 11:30 talk about quick and convenient, I asked if they take card or cash or both and I was pleasantly surprised they take card again I'm from the city so most nail salons only take cash. My appointment was set for 11:30 AM but I was late by like 15 minutes due to my boyfriend having to make a quick stop before hand and I was really nervous they weren't going to let me get my nails done due to being so late you know a lot of places are really big on set times but I was fine I walked right in with my mask told them my name due to the fact that I had called in advance and and they told me as soon as I got in to wash my hands, so I washed my hands and dried them he then asked me to pick my colors on the wall of MANY COLOR OPTIONS and we started with the pedicure, FYI they have very different methods or styles from the city they don't exactly spend time buffing and rubbing your feet as they do in NYC but the experience is really great still after that it was on to the acrylics I got seated and asked what shape as I showed him a picture I think he said depending on the shape or length I forget which one it would be $5 more but I didn't care I'm used to that okay so back to the nails again very different methods from the city but what truly impressed me was the service while having my nails done he really took his time and made sure my nails were even and to my liking and even while I was sitting down I accidentally smudged my pedicure as he easily fixed it moving on when I say they take their time I mean or something that would usually take me about an hour in the city took 2 now it was a Sunday so If you aren't in a rush and just wanted to feel pampered and really care about detail than take your time enjoy the experience it was clean, quiet and empty but if not maybe this isn't the place for you...FINALLY so after it was all said and done my total came up to$80 and I tipped $20 basically the exact same I would pay in the city definitely less and that's without tip anyways due to the caring kind nature of my overall experience would 10/10 recommend and come back if I'm ever upstate again the person that did my nails was named Chris or Christi I forget again this place must be really new and it could just be the day I came but it was empty with a max of 3 customers and two employees but it shouldn't be because it's that amazing I wish them the best and hope they gain more popular buzz for the future to come. read more

I called to make an appt came in within 30 minutes and got waited on right away. Cindy was my nail tech and let me tell you she worked quickly and efficiently. I love me someone that came work in a timely fashion but also do a great job. For the most part I always have one nail that seems a little off centered but Cindy shaped them perfectly. I got a fill but was done within an hour. Normally I'm in the salon for a fill for at least an hour and a half maybe more. I got a nice shoulder massage at the end. There's a student discount and you can accumulate rewards! This place is amazing and definitely worth trying out! I'll be going there for now on. read more

I wanted to get my nails done while I visited syracuse, and I found this place on yelp. Originally, I made an appointment for acrylic tips, but when I got there I realized it was dip powder acrylic, instead of the acrylic I normally get. Since my nails are really short, I got the UV gel set instead since it is stronger. It is a bit more, but it was definitely worth it. It looks very natural and does not hurt as much as a new set of acrylics. Michelle did my nails && she put a lot of care and time into each step & they came out so nice. I also love how through my ANC nail treatment I did not have to use a UV nail light to cure my nails. I had an amazing experience at Ryan's Nails. It's a very professional and cleanly place. They have great communication as well as customer service. Lee and Taylor took care of me great when I went. I was worried about getting my nails done because I wanted something very neat and quality and most nail salons will have just anyone doing your nails ! But, here I can say I got a very nice set of nails that looked neat, I have no complaints what so ever! I recommend that you call ahead to let them know you're coming because they do get pretty busy and may not be ready to take you at the time you're headed there (this would help to save time for u) and help them be prepared.
