I even offered to pay the difference. She told me no and that I needed the box the tube came in. Meanwhile, she followed up with loudly snapping at two fellow employees about setting a product down on the desk. Terrible management and costumer service. When we arrived, we learned that the lady we booked was not the lady that was going to do my hair. She apparently called in sick but never informed us prior to the appointment. We were skeptical at first because I have light brown curly hair that has never been damaged. The new hairdresser aggressively informed us that she would be able to do my hair so we got started. My appointment started at 4:30 and I didn't leave until 9:30. The experience was horrible. The lady ended up having no clue what she was doing and had to get help from another girl that wasn't even a hairdresser there to finish the job. They even told us that getting help from other employers is illegal! She then told us that this was her first time doing highlights and touching curly hair. I couldn't get up and leave because I had about 10 foils in my hair already. The color does not look blended and my hair turned out white because she kept the foil in for 3 hours. She was very slow and inexperienced. By the time the foils were taken out, my hair was falling out. I went home with wet and unstyled hair because the store closed and the hairdresser needed more than 5 hours to do a partial highlight and cut. I do NOT recommend anyone to get their hair done at the Ulta in Dewitt. It is very unorganized and a terrible hair salon for all hair types. This experience not only destroyed my confidence but also destroyed my hair.

I go for skin checks, so the other side of the business I'm unfamiliar with but if you have skin, and I know you do, and you have moles, which you likely do, I'd definitely get yearly checks here.
