Physician masquerading as plastic surgeon I want everyone reading this to know this man is not a certified plastic surgeon, he is an internist with training. I unfortunately didn't know that at the time. I had a consultation with one of his staff members that did not do my procedure. During my consultation I was told that he could do what I wanted and I could achieve the look i wanted, which was lipo under my chin. After my healing was done the procedure didn't even come close to meeting my expectations . My profile looked pretty much the same. I went back for a second consultation with the Dr. himself and was told that what I wanted was not achievable unless I had a lower facelift or morpheus eight treatments. Both which were never discussed during my first consultation. When I asked the Dr. to do a revision his demeanor immediately changed. He told me that he was fully booked and got up to leave. I told him that I wanted to be happy with my results since I was initially told my results were attainable and I had paid $4100 for the service. He said that I was never going to be happy and our conversation was over. I also want to mention that after I was under medication that was prescribed by the office, they recommended an additional procedure for best results for an additional fee that was also never discussed during my initial consultation. After this experience I have consulted with two different certified plastics surgeons at different offices and they both told me that my results are totally achievable with lipo under the chin and skin tightening ( which is exactly what I had preformed at flawless). y unprofessional &, pretentious ! Now I really doubt Dr. Din being a plastic surgeon ! The nurses and staff of Flawless image are very cordial. BUT My experience with Dr.Din was very disappointing. I am petite woman and weighed 110lbs even before the procedure and he promised me in my consult that he can totally make my extra fat in my abdomen "go away" and that "I was a perfect candidate for smartlipo". Being convinced I had liposuction a year back over there. He left me with uneven looking tummy. From the procedure now my abdomen area looks wavy where there are still pockets of fat since the doctor didn't take off the fat from those areas (mid section and left rib areas) in the first place. However, In my follow up meetings with him I showed him that the liposuction was incomplete / improperly done since he neither touched those areas or removed enough fat. Those areas are still bulging with pockets of fat. He himself also admitted that it wasn't properly done however, instead of taking responsibilities he sent me an estimate of $1450 on top of the huge amount I already paid for liposuction. My question is why should I be penalized for his sloppy job !!! Isn't that enough that I agreed to go through this again ? Making me go through the painful procedure again and also charging me on top of that ? Really ? So ruthless and unfair ! We all know Liposuction is expensive !!! I already PAID for it BUT he didn't DO HIS JOB RIGHT !!! His argument is that he wouldn't do anything for free. So my question is - should he not have clarified it in the consult ? This makes me question his work ethics - is this his way to extra charge his clients by doing half job in the first place so that the clients end up paying a lot more than the agreed amount? So shady ! Had I known I will have to go through this twice and charged extra on top of my agreed amount, I certainly would not have signed for it with Dr.Din. read more

Terrible service and communication. Never spoke with the doctor once, despite multiple phone calls and detailed messages left by phone, text, and in person and placing follow-up calls the next day or two after my initial messages. I experienced an issue and despite telling multiple nurses and discussing at my appointment in person and in messages, the nurses never knew and I would have to re-explain myself and re-answer questions to be told they would talk to the doctor & never follow up again. I was suggested by multiple nurses medications I cannot take due to a clear contraindication and was even told "You're a nurse so YOU should have known" when I asked about going under anesthesia and was told by the nurse it was fine, only to have the surgery cancelled day of due to the medication. read more

This is one spa I would highly recommend. I received excellent advice and care. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about what they do. Their service had exceeded my expectations. I would text a quesiton and within 5 minutes receive a response. I have never seen customer service so efficient and friendly. I often say they are a model for customer service as I dont see that excellent service anywhere in this area. The doctor and nurse are cool, but dont know if I trust the desk to be honest. They aren't consistent with how they communicate. At first it's like "you can always text instead of calling if it's easier, we prefer that too!" And they'd just answer all the time. Then only sometimes I can ask things through texting, other times I'm told to call but were always playing phone tag. They'll literally take my payments through texting, then other days they won't even tell me the balance I owe through text. Kinda feels like they mostly text if they know you're about to give money. I've been texted for that and then I'll say it's not about that, and I gotta call. They also give a lot of advice when they don't really know? They gave like multiple pieces of advice that didnt align with what the doctor/nurse said. And for my first procedure I told one girl that I was trying to schedule it for when I had like a week off to recover, to be safe. I kept telling her "my job is very physical." But she repeatedly was like "I don't understand why you'd need that long, recovery is only 2 days." Well based on that (very non-expert) advice, I took 3 days off for it. And work was a nightmare - Even with a day more than what she insisted on. She clearly just wanted to book me, she didn't care what happened after. The Dr and nurse were like "wow, can't believe you only took 3 days off!" ..Needless to say, I disregarded everything they said after that for future appointments lol read more

While the place is beautiful and Dr. Din is extremely nice and professional, I unfortunately experienced a side effect of this laser called hyperpigmentation, developing brown spots on my face after the treatment. They initially tried to reverse this but they were unsuccessful. The Dr. thought that another type of treatment would work...the girl at the front desk said, "oh, that lasar machine is broken. We'll call you when it's fixed." That was months ago; they obviously wanted to wash their hands of my situation. I am now going to my own dermatologist to fix this side effect. I should have been prescribed a bleaching treatment for two weeks prior to the lasar, I've since found out. Make sure this CO2 lasar is truly for you. read more

I recently had Dr. Din give me CO2 laser treatment. He explained all the details and information to me on first appointment. He gave me a prescription for the lightening cream to use before the procedure. During my procedure, Dr. Din was very precise and thorough. He made me as comfortable as possible and explained details of the procedure while performing it. I was very pleased with his professionalism, his staffs friendliness and his lovely office. Needless to say that for this laser treatment, it took a few days of downtime and it was a bit painful as any CO2 treatment would be! But I had all I needed, as per his instructions at home and healed quickly. I am extremely pleased with how much smoother and even toned my skin is!
