I went in on 5/10 for botox with Stephanie for the first time at this location. I have been getting Botox for 4 years in South Carolina. She was very personable and told me she wanted to go lighter on the treatment since it was my first time at this location. I agreed. A week in I noticed I still had a lot of wrinkles. I called to ask if I could come in to touch up the area, since I was leaving to go back to South Carolina for a few weeks. I was told I had to wait two weeks before they'd touch up. Ok, not a big deal, I figure I'll touch up when I get back in town. On 6/22 I schedule an appointment with Rachel. She walks in with her iPad and she comes at me immediately. In a sassy tone she asks me why I'm even there because I just had botox 4 weeks ago. I said it was 6 not 4, and showed her how bad the forehead wrinkles were and explained I had been out of town. I asked if I could get the area touched up to smooth them over, as I have a wedding to go to. She excuses herself from the room to go get the botox. That's what she tells me, but goes and gets the owner. He comes in with no announcement and I 'm being grilled as to why I need more botox, even though the lines are very pronounced, why I am in the area, where I live, what I do for a living. I am literally being interrogated. He is speaking to me in an extremely condescending manner. At this point I am baffled. They agree to put a light amount in but they'll have to charge me. I never asked for free services, nor have I ever been to any med spa that gives out free botox. Why am I being talked to like I'm trying to scam them? I was just asking to touch up the area. They charge you a refundable fee of $75 just to book an appointment, which is unheard of, but I figured its to avoid people trying to scam or no-shows. I'm being made to feel like I am trying to scam the company when I was just there to PAY for the area to be touched up because it didn't even look like I had botox. After the Owner, Ryan finishes his unannounced interrogation, Rachel then proceeds to get the botox and says they'll fix it because of how unhappy I said I was, but I'll have to pay. Again, I never asked for free services. I tell her not once did I say I was unhappy. I understood why Stephanie wanted to be cautious but the area needed to be retreated. She again goes on about how it has only been 4 weeks. Rachel was very stuck on this and clearly can't do math. I go to pay and Rachel doesn't show up to the desk to tell the cashier how many units I received. I explain I need to pay for the service. She said no, not for your first touch up. I had no idea what was going on. I then receive a text on my way home that Rachel then came and told them I had to pay after I had already left, they charged my card. Rachel could have come up to the desk and advised what my fee was for the day, instead she was whispering with the owner as I waited for her. EXTREMELY disorganized. The entire experience was awful and it was extremely uncomfortable the way they interrogated me, and the tone Rachel used. She is a very inexperienced injector. I suggest going to a different med spa. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY. They need further training and an attitude adjustment.

I requested to have my eyebrows shaped and tinted after waiting 2 months for them to grow back after being butchered by a threading lady back in May. She takes her time with your brows to make sure they are perfect. Most of my eyebrow appointments never are over 7 minutes. Epiphany spent 30 minutes on my brows (give or take) and during that time I fell asleep because her space is so relaxing. You know the vibes...calming, earthy, grounding. I'll definitely be coming back!

The shaping was better than other places I have tried and she actually measured my brows/face to keep the ratios right. I just don't like my bare feet on the wood floors so now I remember to wear socks.

I couldn't figure out how to cancel my consultation online so I called to cancel 6 days before my appointment. I said my doctor isn't allowing the appointment so I need to cancel my consultation. The lady said no problem we'll hold your deposit for your next appointment. I advised I didn't know that I was making one due to my doctor not recommending the treatment for me. She said oh well I can't give you the $75 back. I asked why as I was well outside the cancellation policy, I booked what I thought was a free consult, and no where does the $75 deposit say not refundable. The receptionist said I'm sorry but I can't give you the $75 back. For that reason I don't recommend this business. To keep someone's money who was coming for a free consult isn't acceptable.
