If you like pancakes this is your place!

Eat where the locals eat and you can never go wrong. Super nice people and a place like "Cheers" where if you are a local everyone knows your name... probably what you like to drink and eat as well. For us out of town'ers this was a great breakfast stop. As soon as one of our guests ordered two pancakes they gave a warning on just how big they were. Throwing caution to the wind they ordered two anyway. As soon as they arrived everyone near us looked on as if a food challenge had just started. Some joked that a shirt should be given if they were finished. Indeed they became lunch and dinner too. No frills and definitely inflation busting prices but we liked the homemade feel and real sausage served with our breakfast. On the weekend it was certainly busy but that's expected.

The food was absolutely amazing. The place had a hometown feel with regulars all around. The waitstaff was helpful and happy. Cash only, with an ATM inside. Would absolutely stop again or make a special stop to eat here! That Cinnabon pancake was incredible!!!

Never a bad meal or price! Great off the beaten path breakfast spot. This little greasy spoon delivers great huge pancakes, french toast, omelettes, egg sandwiches, and other breakfast delights. Brunch items, burgers etc. great service. Worth the wait if there is a line.

Definitely wasn't getting this kind of a meal at the Holiday Inn up the road. The short stack is for shortness of breath with how filling it is. You have been warned. Awesome place and would highly recommend coming!

Food was great! The chef/cook was awesome. Service was great. Dear diner in Scranton. Loved that you can see the chef/cook using the grill. Very small but that's the only thing bad that I noticed.

Simply put Sharon's is great for breakfast as the omelettes, eggs and bacon are perfectly done. The staff is very nice and attentive. The location is also awesome and has nice views outside big windows looking on to Washington Ave. I need to come back for lunch!

Excellent brunch at Mansour's. Looking for a local, chic, relaxing place for brunch? We thought…read morethis place was spot on. We looked at a few different options for places to eat and thought this one would be nice for a sit down discussion. We got there around 10 AM and a few patrons were scattered about. Quite a variety of different places to sit, we sat at a table for two near the bar. Handed a breakfast/lunch menu so many things looked so good. We weren't sure what to go with so we asked for some of their favorites. We were offered suggestions on the avocado toast and the poppy. I went with the avocado toast. As always, I bagged the onion and kept all the other ingredients which included avocado spread, spinach, tomato, sunflower seeds, and an egg over easy. You have a choice of toast, including white, wheat, or rye. Gotta go with wheat! Absolutely a terrific place to go to and support the local community and get everything you'd want and one of those chain type coffee shops (you know the green one I'm talking about) and get a much more natural, even lower cost option

However, the food left a lot to be desired. We ordered the quiche and the avocado toast with a side of potatoes. Potatoes were burned, well, charred really. They did take them off the bill. Quiche was so so, and the avocado toast had a ton of raw spinach on it, which was hard to eat along with the toast. Should have come steamed or sautéed instead. Bacon was good though! I was very excited about the pastry case at first since everything in there looked fresh and home made, but when I was trying to decide what to get "to go", like one of their muffins, I saw flies buzzing around and landing on the items. No thank you. I know flies are around in the summer, but the pastry case should be shielded from bugs at all times. I think if I were in the area I may give this place another chance since I liked other things about it like the atmosphere and the fact that it did look like a local family favorite.
