The owners were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming, making the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable. So it is difficult for optometrists to assess me because I often cant see differences in lenses. They were so patient with me as they worked on my prescription. I got my glasses from a different office and could not see well with my new lenses and they analyzed my new lenses and gave me feedback to give to the glasses store on how to help my lenses work better. You call into a central line who transfers you to 1) a voicemail - and nobody calls you back, 2) a line that rings, then gives you a busy signal and disconnects, or 3) the central line customer service has to create a "task" for them to call you back. So I wait. They were ordering frames so my son can try them on for his prescription sunglasses, we were told this would take three or four business days and it's been three weeks. No callback. No update. And still no regular everyday glasses for either of us! Since this ownership changed the service sucks. For the high cost of their optical options, I expect high end service. Our next time will not be with this optical group. For goodness sake - call with an update if you're behind!

I work 7:00am-3:30pm and the latest appointment they do is 3:15pm. They are open Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:30pm and Fridays 8:00-1:00pm. They do not work Saturdays. 2. I work remotely, a desk job, and my vision would start off fine in the beginning of my day, but a few hours into my day; my vision would get blurry for a few hours, then go back to being fine in the afternoon. The doctor kept testing my vision in the exam room; as in seeing if there was something wrong with my lenses. It turned out my eyes were dry. How can a doctor not know when a patients eye is dry? That is alarming to me. Luckily, he has been patient throughout the process; but is frustrating to see an optometrist who cannot detect dry eyes. 3. If you have an appointment at 12:00, plan to n being there until 1:30pm. The doctor does not see you until 12:45/1:00pm.

Boy was that a great choice. It was a bit of a drive for me but for the service, friendliness, laughs, promptness, professional experience and ZERO sales pressure made this place a winner! Their glasses selection was vast and I received one on one help trying to find what matched my preferences and dislikes. I loved how I was able to go through the options so fast since the glasses options that matched my criteria were set in front of me then immediately put away if I wasn't interested. I've NEVER had an eye exam and pick out glasses in under an hour! That was amazing. They never rushed me, if anything they made me feel comfortable being there. I don't understand how they can say walk ins welcome when they have only 1 dr and he randomly leaves if no one is scheduled and even if someone is scheduled. I understand being on time is my obligation, but there was zero customer service and they couldn't even reschedule me for soon that day. They need to take down the sign that says walk ins welcome it's completely misleading. The prices of lenses seems average but that's all I was able to determine. Took money elsewhere and will never go back. They don't treat people with respect.
