Unfortunately within the first 2 months they were broken. I took them and gratefully paid only the $42 to replace them. When we received the "new" glasses, the side popped out of socket/hinge the first day. He wasn't even able to wear them. It looked as though they hadn't been glued and attached properly. My wife took them in and we were charged another $42 to replace them...AGAIN. I called the office trying to explain that they were faulty when we received them. I was put on hold, I could tell whoever I was talking to was trying to be patient, but she came off unconcerned and rude. She was also non-responsive while I was presenting my frustration that they were faulty. I was put on hold for a while and then she explained that we were charged to replace the glasses. She never addressed the root issue of them being faulty when received. I will look elsewhere moving forward for eye care.

From day one, the service was great and still is. Dr Cline now works part time, but it is business as usual as service is still incredibly good. So I wait. They were ordering frames so my son can try them on for his prescription sunglasses, we were told this would take three or four business days and it's been three weeks. No callback. No update. And still no regular everyday glasses for either of us! Since this ownership changed the service sucks. For the high cost of their optical options, I expect high end service. He helped me pick out who I would contact. The front office staff was very professional and efficient. They had a wonderful assortment of designer eyewear and less costly eyewear as well. Luke explained the costs to us and even assisted us in picking out the perfect frame for our face shape. He explained all the charges and I was happy to hear that we had excellent insurance so we did not have to pay quite as much as I was expecting to pay. Called to inquire…read moreabout co-pay while debating between visiting them and visiting Costco and wanted to confirm that it would in fact just be a better idea to establish as a patient at a doctors office but clarified that we needed a contact lens fitting. Came in and verified insurance, had exam, and all of a sudden, as we're ready to leave, they asked for almost $400 more than what I was told on the phone as my co-pay PLUS an additional $45 for a "contact lense training" for a new wearer. Mind you, ALL of what they did, the exam, eyeglass script, and lense fitting (with new contact lenses wearer), would have been $120 each at Costco WITHOUT insurance. They literally LIED to me to guilt me to pay SOMETHING saying they could lose their license if I did not pay for service rendered or if they gave a discount. Not to mention, they were running late and the entire visit lasted longer than a typical Costco visit. What a waste of time and now I have to keep my fingers crossed that I can take my vision benefits to Costco in order to get a contact lens fitting without having to pay twice. Better frame selection at Costco and Eyeglass world as well as other shops.
