I should've called and got a different doctor to have a recheck. When I did ask her about possibility of a recheck, she was very harsh and annoyed with me. I will not go back to see her My fault but I've been living with glasses that have not quite the correct distance prescription so they're no good for when watching TV no matter where I placed the frame on my face up and down my nose to try to adjust

From day one, the service was great and still is. Dr Cline now works part time, but it is business as usual as service is still incredibly good. From 2008 until now, I have stayed with this office since then. A testament to how well they handle their business.

From the initial interaction with the receptionist, to the visit with the doctor and then following with the interactions with the store employees... Wow. I'm blown away by how the vibes were in here. Everyone who works here is soaring with happiness. It was hard not to notice how incredibly pleasant they all were, to each other, and to their customers. You can tell that these people really love what they're doing and to come to work everyday. I can't tell you how incredibly important that is to the success and longevity of all businesses. I'm so impressed that I likely will never go anywhere else again. Thanks

He helped me pick out who I would contact. The front office staff was very professional and efficient. They had a wonderful assortment of designer eyewear and less costly eyewear as well. Luke explained the costs to us and even assisted us in picking out the perfect frame for our face shape. He explained all the charges and I was happy to hear that we had excellent insurance so we did not have to pay quite as much as I was expecting to pay. I learned more about eyewear today than I have ever known! I felt well informed when I left the store and felt confident that we had made the right choices. She is very interested in any questions you have and in solving any eye problems you are having. She is friendly and patient. She tested my eyes thoroughly. Then we discussed glasses options and made a selection. When I got my glasses they were the best I have had in years. There was a slight problem with glancing to the left. After a few days I called Dr. Kwok and told her about it. She knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem. Now my glasses are perfect!

The day I went I not only had exceptional service from everyone from the desk to the exam to the ordering, and as usual, Dr. Nguyen-Vu. It was extra fun since it was Ugly Holiday Sweater Day so everyone was extra fun and upbeat yet as professional as ever. I really appreciated how much help I received to get the most of my insurance benefits such as adding in anti-reflective and blue light protection. The reason I can't give 5 stars is that during the course of the year I had trouble reaching them by phone, and the first order I placed took close to 6 weeks to get since it was on back order and I think I should have been contacted and asked if I wanted to wait that long or pick another frame that was in stock. That's not a problem with this particular office but one that Nationwide as a company should be dealing with re: their supply chain and also ensuring phone inquiries can be handled better.

Don't be late at this location. If you are even 10 minutes late, they will cancel your…read moreappointment. It doesn't matter that you call ahead, drove nearly two hours to get there, are willing to wait or why you were delayed. You will find no empathy here.
