I have been going to see Dr. Reyes for several years and just now after being so tired of not seeing well even with my glasses on, I decided to see a different doctor. I found out that my prescription had been wrong since I started going there. Last year during my eye exam I mentioned to her that I couldn't see well with my right eye and her response was, "that's the best I can do." I then realized that I needed to see a different doctor. The prescription on my right eye changed a whole point. I am only writing this because I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I trusted her and thought that she was doing her job right and that I had some other eye problem. I have been going here for 3 years and my most recent appointment I showed up on time and was informed that this years exam has a "mandatory" retina check at a cost of $39.00. This was never revealed when I made my appointment. I left without my exam and will no longer use Pearson Eyecare because of this dishonesty. read more

Staff is great. However, doctor was unable to get my prescription adjusted to avoid warped view, strained focus. I feel they did not really truly ask/discover what I needed. I feel embarrassed coming in a third time to have corrections made, so unfortunately will not be going here again. I woke up on Friday morning and found my eye was very red and irritated. As it got progressively worse, I frantically called around looking for an "emergency" visit. Many places were getting ready to close or had closed already. When I called Pearson Eyecare, Elizabeth answered my call and set my mind at ease. They were able to set an appointment for the next day. I was seen by Dr Reyes. I truly want to compliment the staff...they were all so friendly and professional. My wife recently went to this Pearson because she want to see Dr. Blank with our kids but was unfortunately scheduled with a Dr. Reyes; my wife didn't have an issue with this doctor and stated that all the staff was great, but did not like how she felt forced to pay $120 for a "retinal scan" each, she was told by the male tech that it was "optional, but the dilating drops are included with my insurance And we can move forward with that instead", my wife agreed to the dilating herself and my 2 boys but as soon as she was about to receive the dilating tear drops with our boys, she was told by Dr. Reeyes that it was "Highly recommended to do the images and that it will be done today", we both feel it was unprofessional and rude for her to make my wife feel forced to do/pay for the retinal images when it is an Option, not Required by my insurance to get a full eye exam. I still recommend this location because she confirmed with one of the lady techs if Dr. Blank still works here and was told that he does and to only schedule future appointments of our family with him. I would not recommend or would refer anyone to Dr. Reyees. This experience made my wife grab the yelp card they offer in office to give reviews on Yelp and this was our first review ever online; Great Staff, Nice Selection of Frames, Dr. Blank is great and funny.... i don't recommend the other doctor. read more

We moved here from the Thunderbird location when they opened this one. The doc's as well as the staff, are a great group of people. Want to call out Liz as she is always pushing a smile and very nice even when you can tell she is tired or not feeling well. Liz, thanks for always being nice to my family and myself.. I can't say enough great things about this place! I scheduled a weekend appointment due to an eye infection. I was seen by Dr. Reyes; she examined my eyes and referred me to a specialist. I called the specialist that following Monday; the earliest they could get me in was two weeks later. Later that day, Pearson Eyecare Group reached out to me, to make sure I got an appointment. I informed them, I had got an appointment a few weeks later. They then reached out to another specialist to get me an appointment the next day!! I am completely blown away at this point! If anyone has had eye/vision issues they know it can very scary. Especially if you have to wait awhile before seeing anyone. I'm truly grateful for the level of care and professionalism this office has for their customers!! read more

I recently visited Pearson Eyecare Group for a problem with my prescription that was filled last December. I didn't fill this prescription in December because I didn't feel I needed to at that time. My visit was strictly to have my eyes checked but as always you get a new prescription. 2 weeks ago I decided to get a new pair of glasses and fill the prescription at our local Costco. Received the glasses back and tried them out. I could not wear the glasses because I immediately got a headache. After further discussion with my wife and going over the December prescription we concluded that somehow this prescription was written incorrectly. I went back to Pearson to see if they would consider taking some responsibility that possibly they made a mistake, they blamed it all on me and said my choices in the exam room was the reason for the problem with my new prescription. The "doctor" wasn't a bit compassionate to my issue, he just kept blaming it all on me and said I should just get the new prescription filled with the exam that was done today. I WOULD NEVER SEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE!!! I QUESTION THE DOCTORS KNOWLEDGE, HE IS THE REASON MY PRESCRIPTION WAS INCORRECT!!! I've been wearing glasses since I was in the 4th grade, NEVER has this happened to me. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A PLACE!!! read more

I had a very thorough exam and she made contact with me as a person not just another customer. The appointment wasn't rushed and the staff was excellent. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Excellent doctor and the medical staff. The young lady that performed some of eye testing before seeing the doctor was so sweet and nice not to add knowledgable! The Lenscrafter eye staff, however, needs much improvement. When I called at work and asked if my glasses were in I was told no, however, when I got home that evening I had a message left prior to my call indicating they were in. Dr. Reyes is awesome! My first visit, I had a normal eye exam and chose to have my eyes dilated so they could look at my optic nerves. Dr. Reyes found something and referred me to a specialist. Luckily my condition is benign but I'm so grateful for her diligence and attention to detail. Now Dr. Reyes sees me yearly to monitor the condition and she has been fantastic each year. First the staff and doctors are really friendly and super nice. The dr took his time to explain everything through out the exam. Second they have the best equipment, and trust me I went to two other places before here and brighter dialed my RX as good as they did here. What's best about this place is that when they do that whole thing is one or two better they actually split the image so you see both at the same time, not like other places where they flip back and forth real quick and you ha e to remember which was better. read more

My wife recently had her eyes examined at this location. She went there complaining of having headaches from reading. Her eyes were examined and a prescription was given to her. After having the lenses placed into her existing frames, we found that she could see better without the new glasses. After some investigation, we found that the prescription was incorrect and that the glasses were worthless. My wife when back to the doctor's office and was given a new script without additional eye examine. This means that either the original prescription was incomplete or the doctor guessed at the new prescription. I contacted the office and requested that they compensate us for the worthless glasses. We were told that my wife did not request the correct examination, told the office has no liability in the matter, and only offered to have a new examine by a different doctor. I strong recommend that you not use this agency and that you never use Dr. Blank for an eye examine in any location. read more
