My reason for doing the surgery was to see the tennis ball and street signs more clearly. This has not happened. They gave me mono vision which resulted in seeing two balls. Definitely the wrong decision. I had a vitrectomy to remove floaters in the right eye and probably will need one in the left eye. Do your research and make sure they are listening to what you want. Now Im back to wearing glasses and constantly using eye drops. Ten months of misery !

Waited over an hour for a few tests and kept getting put back in the waiting room. It had been over an hour and a half for my "consultation" and I finally had to leave. This is only after witnessing 3 very high pressure sales encounters. The guy before me didn't even realize he was paying for the procedure until after the lady had him swiping numerous cards. The cherry on top was witnessing one employee yelling at the other.. probably took someone's sale.

I guess using ADHD stimulants may have a similar effect, well at least that is what I hope because I am a medicated neurodivergent person. I prefer the Glendale location because it is easier to get to, and who does not want to drive less with the rising gas prices? The staff is friendly and helpful. The vibes were awful in the waiting room. the front desk staff was understandably tense and unfriendly and the waiting room was full of grumpy old people all loudly using their cell phones talking about how long the wait was.
