No warning just that they're using too much. My pop ups where not even working and I paid over & $300 for three they told me where bad when they didn't work!! The worse part is they cleaned my tile above the waterline and acid washed the pool @ $2,000. Then they had to clean the pop up screen filter and said there was too many pebbles plugging this little filter that my pebble tech was deterring. They could have told me this prior to refilling my pool which they had me drain @ $400 later for the water bill. I have talked to numerous people about their pool tech and they all couldn't believe they just out right said you supply your own chlorine. After back & forth text I ask him I understand the hot weather and the effects it has on the pool. I then asked him if I by a bucket of chlorine to help the cost how many tablets would you put in under normal pool conditions which I pay him a monthly fee. He would not answer that ? I asked him the same ? Three times and wouldn't answer. Finally he texted me and said take care of your own pool! The service guys were good but watch out for Alex he's out for anything he can charge you for. He said he would charge me $199 a bucket and That's all he can do.I contacted three other pool services that said of course we supply the chlorine as much is needed no additional charge for the same price as I was paying Alex. (And it's become a pool with a gazillion issues. Lesson learned: pools look simple but are actually quite complex and it's best to go with a BIG NAME with a long history, versus a general contractor who will sub all the work out to trades that may have little or no experience working on pools.) Was glad to have the Cool Pool team out to fix our light issue, which they did in just a few minutes and with the obvious expertise of having done this sort of work many times before. Highly recommended.

The combination of high heat and flying dirt/debris typically spells trouble... a green pool was (still might be) just around the corner waiting for me. I gave John a call in the morning, and he was able to slot me in right after noon. He came out and diagnosed the issue as a faulty pump. He then referred me to another contractor to help either do a repair or replacement, since he no longer performs those services himself. When I offered payment for his help, he graciously declined saying that he was already in the neighborhood. John truly seems to operate with integrity, is friendly, and communicative. Also, he's a veteran! If I ever need regular pool cleaning service, he'll be the first one I call. If you're in search of that service, do yourself a favor and give him a call.

We didn't notice the decline at first. Things were maintained to an acceptable level and the team (Amelia in particular) was super responsive. Then, things took a sharp turn for the worst. Our pool started showing signs of pool algae. I had to bring this to the attention of the owner and he confirmed they would shock the pool. Little details down to simply not skimming, leaving the waterfall on, in and out within 5-10 minutes and I had enough. Attached are images of how they left our pool. The owner was quick to point blame on us, while admitting that yes, indeed, they had changed technicians. Avoid this company and seek services elsewhere. We have different standards of service. Colin and Amelia are gems and I wish this business continued success. It's too bad we had to part ways on such disappointing terms after such a wonderful beginning.

I really appreciate getting a text when the technician is on the way and then getting an email report with a picture of my pool and courtyard fountain after service is completed. My pool is always sparkling clean. The owner, Tyler, is very responsive and helpful whenever I need something. For example my key box attached to my gate was malfunctioning and I was promptly notified of the problem in my pool report email. Since I'm an out of town owner in California, I was able to buy and new key box and send it to Tyler to have it switched out. Tyler made it easy for me. I highly recommend T's Pool Service.

I hired this company for almost two years. They were great, until they completely screwed us over…read more My new tenants informed me that the pool had algae and was really dirty. I didn't understand why because we had weekly pool service. I reached out to try to understand what was going on. Tara (customer service contact) then told me that they had not been able to access my backyard due to the lock code changing. This conversation happened one day ago (Sept 21st). Our lock code changed in May! I went to my ring cameras and service had not been completed since September. Unfortunately, this was as far back as my ring camera allows me to see. Unfortunately, I can only prove that the service I was being billed for was not completed for 8 weeks. This probably went on for much longer. They claim to have sent me an email on Sept 19th (which at this point I don't even care to go find), but never picked up the phone to try to contact me or fix the issue. When I called to ask them to fix the issue, they tried to charge me for extra chemicals and the extra service to rebalance the pool. Charge me more for a service I had been billed for but had not been complete?!?! They said it was my fault for not informing them of the code. Yet, it was okay for them to keep showing up to a locked code week after week without picking up the phone to call me or text me. They said they had to pay their techs for each visit and that's why they would not grant me any service without additional payment. I also paid for filter cleaning service that the manager said had not been completed due to lack of access... again, there was no phone call for them to try to resolve the issue. Had I not reached out, they would have kept charging and just showing up to a locked gate. This is an awful business practice! They lose a customer over fixing a small issue. I would not recommend this service to out of state owners, STR owners or anyone who is not at the property daily to confirm service completion.
