The fruit tasted fresh enough and the rest of the bowl wasn't too sweet. I have had many açaí bowls that were way too sweet but the ones at Everbowl are at a good sweet level. The biggest downfall here is the customer service. The workers here clearly do not care at all. Talking with them feels like I am conversing with a robot that is not getting enough power supply. Overall, I'm glad they're in the neighborhood but it would be nice to experience some better customer service when visiting.

The texture was unexpectedly mushy and not very ginger flavored so we wondered if we were given the snickerdoodle balls instead as the labels were on top of each other. The Med Salad had good flavors overall but the croutons were so hard they were almost inedible and there was an overwhelming amount of anise in it which caught me off guard. The bone broth was the biggest disappointment; it lacked depth and tasted more like an old bouillon cube than a fresh and rich broth. On a positive note, my friend's chopped peanut salad looked fresh and well-composed, so there are definitely bright spots on the menu. In the end, it wasn't a terrible experience--just not one that stood out in the way we hoped. With some tweaks in execution and clearer communication on menu items, it could easily be much better.
