When you have to wait for reservations or seating at a restaurant, Kung Fu Tea is a great place to chill and wait like a coffee shop. You get your boba drink to help prevent the hangry mood but it's also a delicious drink. I order my go to drink - the winter melon milk tea with boba and it did not disappoint. As always, it meets the Asian stamp of approval on desserts by being not too sweet. I forgot to adjust my sweet level to 50% but it was just right at 100% sweet. read more

Kung Fu Tea is a pretty decent boba shop. I will say I that I enjoy the convenience that this location offers. One thing to note is that this place gets pretty busy, and as with many of the other boba places across Denver-- this place too also becomes a hangout for teens. This isn't a bad thing, it just means that this place can get pretty busy. Drink-wise, their milk teas are pretty standard and the boba is good-- not too gooey or rubbery. read more

I've been to a few boba shops in the area and this one is "ok." The mixology is too much milk and not enough tea. It didn't taste like tea at all. Thought I likely ordered wrong, reordered (offering to pay) and explained what I was looking for, I think they then gave me the exact same drink. This Kung Fu Tea location doesn't seem to be getting much love here on Yelp, so I figured I'd chime in with my two cents. I come here on a weekly basis, and sometimes even more frequently if my cravings for tea are particularly strong. The employees here have consistently been nice. Since I alternate between some permutation of the Kung Fu or Honey milk green teas, this location always has my tea of choice available. The drinks can be too sweet without modifications, but I find that ordering my drinks with 50% of the original sugar levels gives them just the right level of sweetness for me. I like to add herbal jelly to my drinks, while my husband tends to prefer pudding in his drinks. One of these days, I'll have to check out other drinks on the very extensive menu. We came here after seeing a movie next door because it just sounded delicious. I wasn't sure what to order because the menu is so vast and I just had so many choices, but I finally decided on a large longan jujube tea and added nata jelly. They give you a pager that goes off when your drink is ready, which would come in handy when it's super busy. My drink was so delicious that it was nearly gone between the hubs and I are we walked to the car. The staff was so friendly and the place is so clean. read more

I don't normally review chains but kung fu tea does make good fresh soft boba. Prices are a little more expensive but at least you are almost guaranteed a fresh tasting boba. I usually order the taro milk tea with boba and that's always good read more

Huge menu with lots of options for everyone. I had the classic milk tea with regular boba. It was nice and creamy, not too sweet and hit the spot. The restaurant doesn't have much of an ambiance but good for quick in and out stop. read more

Recently ordered the Thai milk tea with boba and I have to say, the tea itself fell flat. It tasted like a basic black tea with milk instead of Thai tea that has much more robust flavor. Disappointing, I would recommend other boba tea places for good Thai tea. read more

The drinks were very good! The boba was fresh and the drink was blended well. I got the mango snow with jelly and popping boba and it was to die for! It was made in a speedy manner and the service was amazing! Very impressed with the workers there. I got the Thai Milk Tea and it tasted like SHIT. The tea was all rushed and look moldy, they for sure did this fast. It looks rushed but it took 10-15 mins to make it, FOR WHAT!? Including that it did not taste like thai, it tasted like plain coffe with no sugar and not like thai. The pearls was the only good thing about the whole drink. The service took for EVER. read more

They have very good customer service, Hey have a very wide variety of drink flavors along with add ins. They make the drinks by hand and they make them very well. They have delicious drinks with or without caffeine! This is a good place for families to go and it is very nice on a hot day to cool you down read more

Really want this place to do well bc it would be the closest KFT to us. Unfortunately, we showed up one Sunday right when they opened at 11am, and the staff said they could only serve lemonade and it would be several hours before any tea would be ready bc they just got in and were starting to brew it. What?? I can't imagine going to a bakery upon opening and being told I can only have what they made yesterday bc nothing was baked yet for the day and to come back in several hours. Then the staff couldn't figure out how to refund us (as we had placed our orders on the online app) but we came back a week later to ask again, and they figured out how to refund us for the prior week. Haven't actually tried their drinks , but hoping they get their act together and might try again in the future. read more

The Bubble tea is the best thing ever! There is so many variety from milk tea to punch. There are also so many different bubble like popping bubbles and crystal bubbles (AKA lychee bubbles). They take no longer that 10 minutes to prepare at max. The app is also very nice. It is easy to sign in, make an order, and add credit. They have a point system where for every drink you buy you get bubbles. I think the system could use improvement. Sometimes when you buy a drink they don't give you bubbles. The flaw has been fixed so that it happens less often but I still sometimes miss bubbles. The workers are very friendly and polite and some shops even provide games for you to play while you enjoy your tea! Overall I think this is one of the best boba tea places! I love boba tea and this was definitely the best boba place! I would be more successful if it opened at an earlier time. Most open at around 10-11. They do such amazing caffeine drinks that more people would come if the opened earlier. read more
