I haven't been to Jamba in a long time, so it was sad to see their cups are beyond different now and don't keep things as cold as they use to. Plus, the prices are outrageous. $8 for a small? Yikes. Good for a sweet treat but can come here regularly with those prices. Overall, 4/5 stars.

I don't typically take into account cost/value into my review however based on what I got for over $30 was just 2 cups of blended frozen juices and a sprinkling of toppings. There is a mailer that comes out offering some pretty good coupons. Unbeknownst to me and little did I know that the workers at rush bowls were directed not to honor the coupons nor were they directed to even explain why a paying customer couldn't receive what the coupon falsely advertised... My partner was given alot of excuses as to why his coupon was rejected for use PERIOD. When I asked for a name and phone number for supervisor or possibly a store owner I was given a card. I walked outside of the store attempted to call Lisa the owner of the store there was no answer I left a very detailed message. When I walked back into the store the young lady working said that Lisa had gotten back to her and told her that she would look into it. When I asked the worker why the owner called her instead of me she said I don't know but we will work on it. I let the young lady know that did me absolutely no good as I wanted to speak directly with somebody in charge. A few minutes after that another family walked in trying to use the coupons and we're also told that they could not or would not be honored. The worker asked that customer if that would be okay and she didn't even offer my partner that same courtesy she simply told him no and was not very polite about it at all. The owner did call me back and just talked in circles with no resolution she assumed the young lady let my partner use a coupon out of the mailer when I corrected her and told her no she simply said I don't know I need to look into it can it get back to you it's been well over 7 days and I still have not heard from her. The food was amazing but the ambiance was WAY OFF.... and the fact that the staff was directed by upper management not to honor the coupons is very disheartening. I am also a small business owner and I would never treat a customer the way my family and I were treated when we went in last. It's bad business plain and simple whether you're a small business or a corporation.

We ordered the winter melon milk tea with mango, large, with grass jelly. The drink came out fast since it was pretty dead at 8 pm on a Saturday night. Surprisingly, I really enjoyed the drink. The flavor mixed well between the winter melon milk tea and mango flavor. I would 100% get it again or maybe try other wintermelon specialties on their menu.
