Better than expected!! Went here with some family and didn't think based off the look it was going to be that good but I was pleasantly surprised!!! Lots of fun flavors and strong coffee. They have seasonal specials and their deals are out of this world. We bought 4 drinks and already had an award program to get a free drink next time. I've been coming to this location for the last six months and the staff always seems so put out and annoyed they have to take your order. They actually roll their eyes. They always are gossiping to one another about whatever drama is going on and it's so off putting. The rudeness of staff has me now going to Dutch bros. I was in the area so I thought I'd give Ziggi's another go. I really like the comfortable seating area here, it's a nicer layout than other locations with couches and comfy chairs. But unfortunately, Ziggis was a let down again in terms of service and quality. The staff were unfriendly, they messed up my order and were snippy about it when I politely asked them to fix it. When my drink was remade, the espresso was still sour tasting. I don't think these baristas want to be here. With so many other options in the area, sadly, I'm going to give Ziggis a miss from now on. read more

We have been here a few times now and overall, it the experiences have been pretty good. The service is the best part! They have always been so friendly here and seem like they like to work there. The coffees are fairly good, but not the best coffee I have ever had. They have a lot of fun flavors to chose from. I like the salted caramel, but not the campfire. Ziggies coffee is my everyday go to. It hits the spot every time and by now I have tried the entire menu. They have drinks with energy revision, coffee, food, and the absolute best breakfast burritos. The quality is one thing to top the taste. The portion sizes are close to perfect as their sizes have a variety of 3 sizes of drinks, and an option to customize the toppings of your drink. Also, their range of milk options are perfect. Whole milk, oat milk, 2% milk, whatever you are feeling in the need of, they supply. One thing I will say is their prices can get pricey. My drink is a 24oz Island breeze, light ice, and no whipped cream. This usually comes out to about $7. However, the taste makes up for it every time. It is different than Starbucks with the options they supply, but my favorite place to go to no matter what. Their service is incredibly fast and their locations are in perfect places. There is one at almost every corner of a city in Colorado which is wonderful. Overall, I would recommend Ziggies to anyone looking for a new go-to. Yummy, quick, and tasty. Please stop treating people like this, my co workers all said the same thing. We work right across the street and go occasionally. I have been wanting to try Ziggys and went out of my way before a doc appointment to get to one. I wanted to go in because I did not know what I wanted. Not only was I ignored for a good few minutes, the girl then finally says she will be right with me. Looks like maybe not enough help. I waited 5 minutes to order. No one else was inside. They were helping the drive up only. At least 5 cars were helped before me in the shop. I feel like this could have been handled better instead of ignoring 1 customer. Not exactly friendly either. Indoor seating is available at this location! Really enjoyed the coffee. I just got a brewed coffee, but it was flavorful and no burnt flavor like other franchises. This coffee shop has become my second office. I choose this location because of the incredible staff. From the beginning they have been warm, welcoming, and super friendly. In this day and age to feel as though you matter as customer makes a huge impact. And this is what impressed me even more, no matter what the staff mix, I have always felt welcome and appreciated. To me it shows this is a culture they care about creating and maintaining. It also goes without saying, that their product is top notch which only adds to to the experience. I've been several times now as I work next door and I love the great service and kind staff

I gave them 2 stars only for the good coffee. The service is terrible. I have been stopping here every morning for the past three weeks and today was the final straw. I'm usually there about 6:30 am and they aren't very busy. I walk in and the severs are just standing and talking and ignore me. I'm the only one inside yet they totally won't even acknowledge I even here. I will find another coffee shop. I just want a plain old fashion cup of coffee. I order it and unlike most coffee shops that fill the cup and hand it back to you, oh no your order is placed in line with the 20 mixed coffee drinks. So you wait and wait and wait just for a simple plain cup of coffee that could of easily been handed to you at time of order. They also don't keep cream out for the customers to add the amount they like. The coffee is good but the store is terribly inefficient . I don't have time to wait 15-30 mins every morning just for a plain cup of coffee. I don't like Starbucks but there you order a plain cup of coffee and they simply fill your order and hand it to you, no waiting for 15 other drinks to be made read more

We had such a great experience today that I thought it would be a disservice to Ziggi's not to share it! From the minute we arrived we felt very welcome and appreciated. The staff went out of their way to get to know us, and they even made time to make sure we knew the menu and all their gluten free options (if you're interested, they have a TON of items). The "for here" mugs were nice and thick, so they kept our coffees warm. Their decaf espresso is much better than most independent coffee shops. The gal we first spoke to when ordering even went out of her way to get me a free sample of a gluten free treat that she knew was just hanging around in the back, and she even brought it to the table. Then, another wonderful gal offered to clear our table for us! Overall, the experience at the new Ziggi's was just wonderful. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly, and the coffee and selection of food items is great! Will definitely go again soon! read more

This coffee shop is wonderful! The only issue that I have had with this establishment is that their cold brew is a bit sour. I don't know if it was just the brew I got or the beans they use but I love cold brew and this wasn't what I was expecting. I now get an almond milk latte with lavender (iced) and it is amazing! Another wonderful thing is their burritos! My favorite is the bean and cheese and the egg and cheese (I don't really eat meat). I definitely recommend the chai freeze with almond milk as well!
