Pretty good as far as bubble tea goes. Nothing really to write home about, but I do like the space. They have game boards and a foosball table. They also have lots of flavor options including boba size, ice amount, sweetness level and adding fresh milk. The downside is that they charge more for any type of boba which I think should be included in the price. Also they take a long time considering how well staffed they are. Sharetea was recommended to me by someone and I was interested in trying it as the only boba place near me is Master Tea. It was a little bit of a long drive as I do live in Broomfield, BUT. It was definitely an upgrade from Master Tea. There are more selections, and add ins than a normal boba place near you. The staff is friendly, and the place is very clean. They have games for you to play while you wait, or if you'd like to sit down and gather with some friends. I ordered the Classic Milk Tea (Black), Less Ice, 100% Sugar Level, and Mini Pearls (Mini Boba) which all together is $4.75. We also got the Taro Pearl Milk Tea with Mini Pearls (Mini Boba) and if you like a sweeter, less tea taste, the Taro Pearl Milk Tea is definitely a recommend ($5.70). The pearls are cooked well, their not too hard, but quite chewy which is a plus. Overall, I definitely will come again, and I'd recommend you to try it out! read more

We thought this place was a great place to stop by for some afternoon refreshing pick-me-up. The drinks were great, but customer service can be improved. The cashier doesn't have to let the whole world know she's not happy to be there or that she's having a bad day; it's super uncomfortable and unfriendly having to deal with such attitude with the rbf look. Once my husband's and my questions were answered with cold answers, we didn't really feel the need to order anything special. Very good tea spot. Not giving it five stars only because we are Southern California Boba Snobs and it just isn't as good as our old favorites back home (Boba Guys, Cha for Tea). Despite this, it is very good- Boba not too hard and maintains chewyness even in cold drinks for a good amount of time after packaging. Clean shop and fun music. Very nice staff. Best tea place in Westminster!!! Come check out their grand opening if you lack a sense of entitlement and have realistic expectations for what is going to obviously be a long wait at a popular and yummy boba franchise. The people who wrote bad reviews for the long wait at the grand opening today clearly have no concept of what a grand opening is. It was buy one get one free at a well-loved and long anticipated boba franchise that was new to the area. Not sure what kind of brain cells you have to lack to go into that situation and expect your drinks to magically pop out within five minutes. There were tons and tons of people there and some people ordered up to 40 drinks for a single order. I'm leaving this review to boost their service rating because I witnessed the employees were working SO hard and making drinks as fast as they could and they did not decrease the quality of the drinks despite the high demand. The were also very kind and tried their best to accommodate to people demanding that the workers defy the laws of physics and make the drinks faster than humanly possible (if you're like David and Jessica who left reviews like this below -- maybe try MasterTea for some subpar instant powder tea that will appear quickly to satisfy your needs since you seem to need boba more urgently than the other hundreds of people who were also waiting) Anyways, I recommend the taro blended with pudding and the peach kiwi tea with lychee jelly! The fruit teas are quite sweet due to the jams already so I suggest lowering the sugar levels to 80%... their pudding is so good and the aiyu jelly and mini boba are something unique but delicious. One of my new to go boba places! Customer service is great, drinks are very customizable, and taste delicious! These drinks also look freaking cool so you'll be trying the whole menu in no time! There were 4 staff chatting with families and friends, not helping out with the customers. Went for grand opening day and they were slammed, as to be expected. However, it was definitely worth the wait! There were customers who ordered 40 drinks in one order (which happened twice) and made the other customers (who ordered a normal portioned amount) wait longer then needed, the employees were working extremely hard to deliver the drinks as quickly as possible. I'm honestly surprised because even with the high demand of drinks being made and ordered, all the drinks my family and I received came out to be so good. I have been coming to this place for a very long time and have always loved the drinks and ambience. This next time around, I was confronted with the worst customer service of my life. I had ordered a Thai Milk Tea. One of the workers (an older, man), heard me wrong and made me a Taro Milk Tea. When I went back to return it, saying how sorry I was for the inconvenience, he got extremely mad and defensive with me. He kept saying that was not what I ordered and that he was going to run the cameras back to prove it. I don't think he understood the obvious language barrier, or the fact that you can easily mix up "Thai" and "taro" The owner was also there and he did not say anything at all either. I felt so disrespected because I had a man yelling at me for absolutely no reason.I even offered to pay the correct drink he made just so he would stop, but he refused and continued to argue. I was with a group of my sister and cousins and they had also heard me order the Thai tea and had seen the horrible behavior from this man. I loooove this tea spot! Everyone is so nice and the atmosphere is very chill. There are so many drink options and the drinks are customizeable from sweetness to ice level. I would recommend everyone to come here, great for a grab to go and also to stay and hang out. Sharetea, not just this one, seems like literally the best place to pick up COVID. It takes over a half hour to get a drink, there are about 50 people in the store at any given time, the store is small so it's very crowded, and very few of the customers are wearing masks. I thought this location would be better than the one in Lakewood; it isn't. I gave up on the drink I paid for after hitting the half hour mark. It isn't worth the risk waiting for this long next to so many people, and it's ridiculous for boba to take a half hour to prepare anyway. read more
