Their most popular drinks are the Classic Pearl Milk Tea and the Mango Passionfruit Tea, both good choices if it's your first time. My usual order is the Golden Retriever, which is their Classic Pearl Milk Tea loaded with coffee jelly, pudding, and lychee--great if you like extra toppings. For the most part, service and drink quality are consistent, but there are times when they're understaffed, leading to longer waits or drinks tasting a bit different than usual. One area that could use improvement is the rewards system. Other tea shops nearby have their own mobile apps with better incentives, while the Cash App rewards here aren't always consistent. Owner should hire one to work each position. Drinks cannot be made if the only person working is at the counter. @ owner If you cannot hire people to work then don't open a boba store. Management really needs to look into the service of this place. I am surprised this place gets as many good reviews as it does. Mostly teenagers in there so maybe they don't care. But, we went and ordered our drink. The one guy taking our order is the same guy making our drink. Another lady comes out with a tub of hot boba in a metal container and is licking her long nails as she picks up the empty metal container. I was already disgusted. The guy starts to make out drinks and then takes 3 more orders. The lady comes back out and goes to the restroom. And the just stands around scratching their head and face. Another lady walks in, drinking a boba and just starts asking the guy some questions and starts helping to make drinks. 15 minutes later we get our drinks. No thank you, no desire to get these drinks out, hot boba in a cold drink, poor customer service and the drinks were mediocre. My daughter had a social at this place for school. They had a buy one, get one free special today, as well as a special lion dance celebration and free drinks for their first 25 customers - or maybe the free drinks special is for tomorrow. Either way, it's a great chance to try some awesome drinks if you have never had Sharetea! My favorite boba drink place by far - and I visit a lot of them! They are a franchise place so small things may differ from location to location. My drinks of choice include any of the regular milk teas (black or green being my favs, though I prefer black more since it's darker), frozen coffee drinks, ice blended Thai tea with tapioca, and their mango milk tea or mango green tea. The Okinawa is a specialty drink they have that I really like too. It's sweet but you can't really adjust the sweetness since it's more from the way it's made and not sugar level. The QQ one has a lot of fun toppings in it so it's a fun one to try. A lot of their other drinks are also good, but these are my def go-tos. And yes, I do sometimes order more than one drink at a time for myself. The boba does harden over time (as they do anywhere) but the consistency here is superb and still tastes good the next day. As in most places, you can order to your preference for ice or sweetness level - but let's be real, who goes to get a boba drink for the LESS sugar. #fattylife But they still taste good with less sugar, up to 50% anymore is just silly. Less ice is good for more drink, but most the teas are brewed hot so your drink might be warmer than you'd like...and, remember, boba comes hot so it will melt some of the ice/coldness of your drink, too. It was super crowded today and the line was spilling out the door, but that's what BOGO does for a place. This Sharetea location just opened recently and I'm digging it. I was always a fan of Sharetea when I used to get it at the sugar land location and I'm glad they opened one here. The inside of this place is pretty basic and simple. The menu has a lot on it so it might take some time to decide on what you like. My personal favorite would be their happy QQ milk tea, it basically consists of their signature milk tea with boba, mini boba, egg pudding, red bean (maybe I'm missing some) with less ice 80% sugar. After waiting so long, I contemplated just getting a refund but I kept thinking my order should be next, drinks can't possibly take this long... but they did. What in the actual...... plus the boba pearls today were still warm. May be others cup of tea (or they may have run out, hence the delay but communicate this please!) but hot boba pearls in cold drinks? Yuck. Grateful for a tapioca store that actually has something I like to order in but this location has been very mediocre. I always order milk tea with both tapioca and pudding, 50% of the time they have forgotten one or the other (after I've driven off or after my SO has brought it back home) so I have paid for extra toppings, only to not really get it every single time. The place has always seemed clean. Employees and interactions and service are a hit or miss. Same goes for your drinks, never consistent. honestly when I heard this place was opening I was really excited since there aren't many in the area. I went a couple of times and the tea and service was pretty good but the last time I went was terrible. I gave a girl my phone since my family wanted drinks (9 drinks in total) and to make it easier I just showed her my phone with the list. I don't know how but she messed up on a couple of the drinks and when I asked about it she gave an attitude. Don't get me wrong I know it was busy but waiting 45 minutes for my drinks plus the attitude given when I asked about my drink made me not want to go anymore. read more

To be honest, I usually come here for drinks since it's close to my house. Their drinks have been always fine to me, I like their pearl. It tastes amazing. However, today, I would have to give it 1 star because: first of all, I don't know his name but he wears glasses and skinny. He was not friendly while taking our order. I did not say anything or giving out any attitude. BUT, I ordered a taro pearl milk tea (which I already ordered multiple times here at the same location so I should be aware how it usually tastes and looks like) and it tasted COMPLETELY AWFUL this time! The drink did not look like taro at all and it did not taste like one. I gave it to my friend so he could try and he had the same thought. The drinks were so sticky because he did not wipe/clean after completing the drinks. So, I decided to order another drink which was honey green milk tea with pearl. And again, I did not adjust any sugar level but it literally tasted like 1/4 sugar. Imagine without the pearl, it would taste like water lol. Went tonight around 8pm. No customers in there but three employees sitting, no greetings . One stood up before I enter the place, placed my order and she was nice. When I was waiting and watch the other girl making my drink, my facial expression started to get pissed off (I have a mask on they can't see). The girl who was making my drink used a used cup maybe (didn't notice until I got home, see picture) and didn't know what my drink really was, the girl who took my order had to tell her. She put tea and the syrup about 1/3 of the shaker with 4 scoops of ice, yes I counted, 4 scoops of ice. Then dump the drink into the cup without care, ice and tea splashed everywhere! Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, well I am going to write a bad review! The business practice of earning a free drink through customer loyalty program is a nice perk, you would think. Today, I visited Sharetea Richmond again, got number 94 around 330pm, bought 2 boba drinks and as a frequent customer, I was asked if I wanted to use my free drink points on this purchase. I thought about it and decided to get two drinks for $6.95 instead of $13.90., Sure, right? Wrong! They still charged my card $13.90, and I used my free drink up - so I am out a free drink and still had to pay for both. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at the Richmond location. Here is my advice: when they ask if you want to use your free drink and you agree - do not use credit or debit card, use cash. With the credit card, it goes so fast - the screen shows you the discount of 6.95 but that is not the charge going to your card. I know because I get an email for any and all transactions, this one showed showed 13.90. - Bastards!!! I even went home and logged in to see my history and sure enough - I got nothing for giving up my free drink I earned on their customer loyalty program. I got Crapped On. Good freaking drinks though, but man the customer loyalty program only works on cash. If you use credit and use redeem the free drink offer, it only helps the franchise. Blah, Blah Blah... read more

I had a very bad experience for the first time at the Waterview store 10/22/22 12:37pm. The really young lady has zero clue about how to address a frequent customer. She implied that I or my wife or my kids (because she has never seen us) are not Sharetea patrons! The girl referred to me as rude when I was very courteous in how conveyed my dismay to how she destroyed my order. There was another shorter younger girl (without a mask) who was trying to find the solution (In a very courteous and kind way) where the the other masked young lady was being disrespectful in all kinds of ways! I came on Yelp to write this incident review because of the displeasure that masked young lady displayed as a representative of SharTea. Till today the youngsters that worked there were kind and courteous to my family and I. I did ask her for her name and or ID of some sort to register a disappointment in service and she stated "I am not going to give you any information, because you are rude". My response was please refund the the extra you charged me (The other young lady did that for me) and I left! read more
