I have to say..... This is my new favorite spot for bubble tea! One of the reasons I really love it is that you can control the sweetness (my sweet tooth has gone away and now I can't have anything too sweet anymore). My favorite go to drink is the mango green tea creama with light ice and 30% sweetness (the lowest sweetness you can get besides 0% sweetness). So good. As the former Yelp duchess of this ShareTea location it's safe to say I've been here more than a few times. After a change in management my visits to this location began to dwindle, but today when my sister requested we stop there before I dropped her off at the airport I reluctantly agreed. What a mistake. Not one, but six employees completely ignored us as we entered the storefront. There was no line so I stepped up to the counter in an effort to place an order but not one employee made a move to assist me. A few of them made eye contact with me and went back to talking amongst themselves. I have been here twice and I love it! I haven't done it yet but I am considering to download the app you use to register the number of orders you buy so you can get the 10th one for free, or something like that. Definitely a fan of this place and have already been here 3 times the past 2 weeks. My favorite things to order are definitely the Creamas! They're tea topped with a creamy salted foam which is hard for me to find outside of Asia. It'd be cool if they could do it for hot drinks too like they do at 85 degree coffee (LA area or in China is where I had it). I also like that you can adjust the sweetness of the teas if you don't want it to be 100% sweet. You can go down to 80%, 50%, or lower. Same thing with the ice. Sometimes too much ice waters down these types of drinks. I loove that it is at The Landing. It is so convenient to me and a nice addition to the area. I used to hate boba, but now I'm addicted. After moving to Seattle, I found Young Tea and it's become my favorite. Thirsty after an Ikea run on a Sunday afternoon, I came here and walked up to the store to see a line out the door. I contemplated just leaving because it started to drizzle as well when a girl walked out with her boba giving hope to the rest of the people in line - "it's worth it." First off, this place is in a little town setting among many stores. Very nice, but for out of towner that just want to stop by, you'll have to find street parking or garage first. Took little more time as I just wanted my boba and head to my hotel. Last night, found out they offered 2 different type of taro. The powder type and real ones. Obviously, I asked for the real ones that's blended as slushes. Taste was fine as I had real taro in the past, but the ice blend was in chunks, which I did not like at all. Was expecting the ice to be better blended. Also, the employees here are not as friendly and responsive. After I ordered, I had to wait a good 5 min, which was quite a bit given there was only 1 person in front of me. Within 5 min, another group of 3 came in. We've been here a couple of times before, but we were really excited to try items from the new menu. I got the Oreo Ice Blended w/ Pearl and added ice cream to it, and sad to say, I was disappointed. I've always been a fan of their ice blended drinks, but this one was off in so many ways. Firstly, it tasted nothing like Oreo- I thought there would be actual Oreos in the drink! And even though it didn't taste like Oreo, I didn't like the actual taste either. It was very sweet (and yes, I got the drink 100% sweetness, but their ice blended drinks were usually not as sweet as this one). The consistency was also much thinner than usual, and I still had big chunks of ice left at the bottom of my drink. Honestly, I wouldn't have drank the whole thing if it weren't for the pearls. This is the best place where I have found delicious properly made milk green tea with Boba. The flavor was perfect and the consistency of the Boba was cooked to perfection. My only con's about the place is how long the line can be at times due to the small space (I've had to wait outside in the cold twice) along with the delay in receiving your drink after ordering there seems to look like there's many staff members but the drinks get so backed up that the small store is overly packed with people waiting in line to order and people waiting for their drinks. As much as I love Sharetea I will not longer be purchasing from them. I was asked to leave the store and told to get to the back of the line. No one else was regulated or had to have permission to enter the store that day. It was embarrassing and I ascceptable. Other patrons were appoligizing for what I experienced. I was told by the store that day "I'm sorry we're just so busy" when I asked why I was the only person requested to leave the store when I was waiting just like everyone else. There's a ton of bubble tea places in the Greater Seattle Area these days, and having sampled quite a few of them Sharetea still stands out as my favorite. They've got lots of flavors and add-ins available, including some I don't usually see at other stores like wintermelon, yakult, and taro, and you can customize your sweetness and ice levels. Despite all their options I almost always go with a classic black milk tea (either the regular non-diary or fresh milk version) with boba though, just because it's so good. Their boba tastes and feels like some of the highest quality I've had compared to other places. A friend of mine likes to get the matcha red bean without the red bean when I take her, and another who doesn't care for bubble tea prefers the whole lemon tea so there's definitely something for every taste. Really the only drawback I've ever encountered with the two locations I've visited (The Landing and Bellevue) is both places are fairly small and can get pretty crowded due to how popular they are, even with lots of staff working nonstop to fill orders. In the summer especially the one at The Landing frequently has lines far out the door and I once waited around 40 minutes to get in and order. I've always been happy with what I get though so the wait's always been worth it for me, though I'd recommend going with a friend so you have someone to talk to while you wait. read more

In a great location at the Landing- across from the theater, in front of the little courtyard area. The decor is simple, as if to bring the focus in to the drinks. Just the right amount of drink selections to choose from. Not so many that you get intimidated but enough to find the perfect drink for you. The workers are very friendly and seem to always be willing to explain their variety of drinks when asked. I have tried this place twice now and experimented with reducing the sweetness but it was still too sugary. Apparently I need to just ask for sugarless. The staff were very friendly, but order turnaround was kinda slow. The menu was almost strictly milk-based teas, which is limiting for lactose sensitive persons (like me). I've had several of the green teas with different jellies, which were refreshing but way too sugary. My favorite order is taro ice blended with tapioca instead of pudding - perfect for a hot summer day! Came on their 2nd day of soft opening and it seems like they were still trying to get use to things. There were some staffs that look like they were in training still and some that were just standing around observing how things were going. Slow service, but understandable since they just open. Also, for the drink...I ordered Okinawa with pearls but light on the ice. The drink was good but the pearls/boba wasn't the best. It taste soft on the outside but still kind of hard on the inside. I was very excited when I learned ShareTea was opening another location in the Seattle area. I ordered the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea and my husband ordered the ice cream green milk tea. Now what exactly is this QQ Happy Family Milk Tea and what kind of a name is that?! After trying to get the attention of several baristas one finally told me it's a regular milk tea but with all the toppings! Toppings are 25 cents each. The ice cream milk tea did not skimp on the ice cream either. We got to choose the level of sweetness and the amount of ice. Also got a stamp card as we'll be back (stamp card can only be used at this location). Overall the taste was good. At $4-$4.50 it's not exactly cheap.
