Braganza Tea was convenient because it was one of the vendors with a short line at Southcenter Mall. I had a wintermelon tea with rainbow jelly and my niece had a milk tea with boba. We were happily surprised that all drinks get a free topping! Service was friendly and efficient! Staff gave us samples of other smoothies that they were making... thank you! This is honestly a place I don't expect much from since it doesn't have many things on the menu, but for it being inside Southcenter Mall it's pretty affordable! I went here during a busy Friday weekday and decided to get drinks here. They have a small selection of milk teas and other drinks, and a decent number of toppings to add. You order and get your drink; this place has no seating inside as it's just behind the counter, though you can use surrounding seating in the mall to drink your stuff. I got the strawberry mousse smoothie via a foodie's recommendation from IG, and wow this was one of the best things I've had there! It's really sweet but the mousse and egg pudding balance it all out. The drink also came up to around $6 before tax, something I don't see as often in most milk tea places nowadays that charge more than that. read more

I was really surprised at how decent the price was even after I asked for soy milk, which they didn't charge extra for. Passed my expectations for their price bar. My service was appropriate for a walk up stand. I tried several flavors and was surprised by a few. I changed my mind a few times. The straw taro was so good I couldn't turn it down. I really like their interior design even if it is small. I feel like I'm ordering from a clean, fun, and professional establishment. They have a simple menu that is average in size. I kind of wish there was more options but I'm happy with what I got. On a hot day I needed something refreshing to drink, so while walking around the Southcenter mall, we saw Braganza Tea. Braganza Tea is a stand in the middle of the mall, which offers a variety of classic drinks. There was a line, which went by quickly, as they had multiple staff taking orders and making drinks. I ordered a mango smoothie with mango jelly and what's nice is that for any of the drinks, you get a topping for free. Sweet. My drink was tasty, as anything mango is. However, the ice consistency was lacking, so it was more of a mango juice than a smoothie. I just wished there was a tad more ice blended up with, for a thickened texture, especially since I was craving something to cool down with on a hot day. But it wasn't a bad drink. I just most likely wouldn't go outta my way to visit Braganza Tea if in the area again, as I'd like to try a different spot next time. read more

The prices are consistently the same and the add-ins (boba, jelly, pudding,etc) are always free!! This place is always great. The value that you get is better than other boba places. Their boba is always fresh (made every 4 hours). I have no complaints. Sometimes there's a huge line but they were able to get me in and out in a few minutes. read more

Decent boba place. They have the best coconut milk tea I've had, but the rest are fine. They charge 11 cents for a bag if you don't have hands to carry them as you shop. I go here only when I'm craving the coconut. Otherwise, I'd probably pick somewhere else. Also, the cups aren't that durable so if you are clumsy and drop it, it'll definitely break. The service was very nice and also fast, so it's easy to make a quick stop here while shopping. Was on the hunt for something to drink in Southcenter and didn't want coffee (gasssssp). I saw Braganza and decided to give them a try! I'm a sucker for matcha and milk teas, and whatdyaknow, they had a matcha milk tea. I got it half-sweetened without boba. The matcha had the normal yummy flavor that I'm used to, and I'm glad that I got it only half-sweetened. It made it very light and refreshing and didn't leave me feeling like I couldn't finish it by the time I was halfway through. My boyfriend got the chai milk tea, half-sweetened as well, and it was also very good. Perfect chai flavor with just a touch of spice and again, it was the perfect level of sweet. Service was great - the younger girl working there was really sweet and shared her recommendations and opinions on flavors we asked her about. Located next to jcrew and in front of Starbucks & the Disney store. It is in the middle of the mall. Its a hot day, so the line was pretty long. And after asking some questions, I do like that they use fresh ingredients. The worker told me that the store makes their boba every 4 hours, and that the taro is not powder. What I didn't understand and disliked about this boba tea station is that their smoothies are already prepared. So if you want less sweetener or none, you cannot adjust it. The already made taro tastes different than last weeks' batch, and I wasn't a fan. The boba is gummy today, and I like mine pretty chewy. And my drink was not made icy today. It's aa if they just let it sit in the blender too long and it liquefied. It's sad because I wanted to continue to come here, but I will just have to wait for Kung fu tea to open. read more

Went to a Braganza Tea along time ago (I think in Olympia or somewhere far) and remembered that I really liked it a lot so I was excited to see that there was one here in the mall! It's been a fat minute since I've had drinks from this place so I asked the worker for any recs and he suggested Jasmine Green Tea milk tea and Taro milk tea (one of their more popular drinks). I got the Jasmine while my boyfriend got the Taro. Jasmine Green Milk Tea - I was really surprised by how strong the Jasmine flavoring was. I've always had it where it was a subtle flowery taste but this one kicked me. Of course, it was still delicious, but it just took a bit to get used to. I should have also requested less sugar because normal sugar level did overpower the tea imo. It's a really fragrant drink and those who love really strong floral drinks would probably like this one! Taro - So I've only liked one taro milk tea and it's from Coco, so I was a bit hesitant about getting this one because at other places, the taro was always too strong and too creamy tasting, but thank goodness my bf was willing to try it so I could also sample a bit of it. I absolutely loved it! I can see why it's one of their more popular items. It's light and creamy but not in a way where it'll make your stomach super bloated as some taro milk tea may do! Overall, not a bad place! I did wish they had more options to choose from for the milk tea. But overall, it's a decent price for some good drinks! read more

I like the cup, it's pretty sturdy. The drink was decent, I'll stop by here if I happen to be craving boba at the mall, but wouldn't go out of my way, not with so many boba options popping up now. I gave an extra star, because after the review I posted, the GM contacted me. He invited me a tea tasting. He wanted my feedback on the drinks they make. He told me the history of the company. At first I was skeptical since he's a white guy, and so Is the manager making the drinks. He told me the owners of the company are a interracial older couple. The owner is Asian, the husband white. Which is fine, as long as they make the drinks properly. So I noticed the milk tea was still too watered down for me. The great thing is the manager made the tea stronger to get the taste that I'm used to. It's wonderful to know this company care for their patrons to ask our opinions. I informed the GM that this area has a high population of Asians. So they can't water down the drinks. There are way too many options in the area. Which I will drive far to get the best boba drink around. So thank you for having me. I hope you guys stepped up your game since I've been there.
