When I walked in, I was the only one in line so my order was placed right away. The service was good on this visit. Everyone was very friendly and they worked quickly to make my sandwich. I ordered the Grilled Chicken & Cheese. It was nothing fantastic, but it was good like I expected. I wouldn't consider these gourmet sandwiches, but I've always liked what I ordered and the pricing is pretty moderate at a little over $5 for a sandwich. This is a good option for a quick lunch.

What I had when I got home was a sandwich with cheddar cheese and three very tiny slices of mushrooms. I was shocked. I was in for the night and figured lesson learned.....I will never go to PotBelly again. The person who made the sandwich was nice but either was lazy or got off on incompetence. It's a sandwich, not the end of the world but I'll be darned if they will ever get another red hot cent of my money. Worst sandwich ever. Took a bite of it and straight in the garbage. Tough bread as well (which I never had before). This sandwich was my go to sandwich so I know they can and do make it. Never again. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The owner was wonderful to work with, the food was delicious, and the space and staff were warm and welcoming. The owner and managers worked with me on every aspect: the table setup (from the color of the linens to the number of guests per table); menu options (by providing several gluten-free and vegetarian options for several of our guests); and timing of activities (mingling in the bar, followed by a seated meal, followed by opening of the gifts). So many of our guests complimented the food, the staff and the venue. I honestly could not have hoped for a more perfect event. Thank you!!

We ordered drinks and two special appetizers, shrimp in a spicy cream sauce and pork belly bits with diced mango. Both were delicious. For our mains, we chose: Sassy Chicken Thighs and Brown Sugar Brined Pork Chop. The chicken thighs melted in my mouth. We spoke at length with the manager after our dinner and tried to guess the ingredients in the outstanding sauces. The sassy sauce had in addition to the honey and Dijon, some cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, and cumin. Not too spicy, just enough zip to make it interesting. The pork chop was also amazing. Tender and juicy with a cherry balsamic glaze. We would definitely recommend a visit and plan to return the next time we're in town.

Like...who remembers that?! It's little things like that that make you feel like more than just another customer. The staff is awesome--they joke around, kid with you, and make the whole place feel welcoming without being over the top. They always tell you about the daily specials (which have been great every time), and they have drink specials every single day of the week. One of my favorite things is the atmosphere. It's actually possible to have a conversation! You know those bars where the music is so loud you're basically yelling across the table? This isn't one of them. It's lively, fun, and everyone can chat without losing their voice. The beer garden is another huge plus. Want sunshine? They've got it. Prefer to relax in the shade? They've got that too. The bathrooms are always clean, there's a nice gambling area if you're feeling lucky, and if you're feelin' really lucky...spin the shot wheel! Yahtzee!! If you haven't checked out Run N' Erin's yet, you're missing out. Great drinks, great specials, great people, and a place that actually makes you want to come back.

It does happen once in a blue moon but Jason's Deli does have an interesting point to talk about. What I do remember about Jason's Deli is the free ice cream machine. Once you have paid for your food and are seated, you have unlimited access to the ice cream machine. From what I do remember, there is the two basic flavors: chocolate and vanilla. There is, of course, the mixed option in the middle. That's my go-to option whenever I encounter these machines. It's nice to have something so awesome be free for once at a restaurant. It felt understaffed on the day we came, and took a little bit of time. Not enough to cause any real issues, but everything was coming out a bit slow. Sauces were tasty too. The fries were great, glad we got some for the table. My daughter really wanted a burger and we didn't realize it was spiced and different than what she'd hoped for (not necessarily that spicy IMO but it was to her). The fruit smoothies were good and enjoyed cooling off and ending the meal with those. Nice, healthier option and overall a good experience!
