I text her later in the day and I thought I would hear from her in the morning. She quickly text me back and asked me a series of questions and notified me that Anthony would be in contact with me in the morning. I told them I didn't want to discuss any other l cars I had a specific car I wanted, specific color, sun roof, and other requirements. I remember telling Anthony to not call me until he had the car I wanted and price I needed. Not one time did either one of them try to talk me out of the car when they had a couple hurdles finding it. Due to covid my car was stuck in California and it was going to take longer to get to the dealership. Anthony called me and said I would be happy to start a search over again and see what else we can find or we can wait. We ended up waiting and I got the car a couple weeks later. Each time I text or called him with a question or having a moment of hesitation he was patient, quick to reply, and always calmed me down. I have never had a dealership that I left and still wanted to keep in touch with them. I forgot to mention not only did they find my car but they were able to get 5 of the 6 requirements I gave them! Also I should mention he had this option for me in less than a week! This husband and wife team are fierce, extremely professional, and not your typical annoying sales team. Anthony and Patrick were super upfront and honest about everything, worked with us to get our trade-in paid off, and just took very good care of us in general. Patrick even made us a HUGE Batman decal to go on the back! When we got home, we realized that a 3rd party mechanic had not changed the oil. They didn't check, and we didn't check, as the mechanic *should* have done that automatically. Skyview sent us a check to reimburse us the money we spent on an oil change, no questions asked. Overall, a wonderful buying experience with two guys who actually care about their customers. We will for sure go back to Skyview when we are in the market for another vehicle! We looked at Lexus NX350 for about $15,000. The people were friendly and not pushy. Their small office does have a bathroom. Funny thing is the ceilings are very low for tall people. I was told the finance manager was at another dealership working a deal, so nothing could be finalized that day, but I could test drive and mentioned that I would be in touch with Marco the next morning (he was out, so Atlan helped me on Sunday for the test drive) The next day, I was actively working the deal over Messenger with Marco, and clearly communicated that I had a same-day appointment to finalize my insurance payout and secure my down payment. I was in process and moving forward. I would be able to return late afternoon. While I'm finishing up the insurance needs, and sending over the letter I needed to provide about my prior total loss needed for financing...I see a message from Marco that 'I have another customer looking at the Passport'. I send the letter and say I'm just awaiting the payment links from Progressive, and will come after that...I could have been there within an hour. At no point was I told the vehicle was at risk of being sold, nor was I offered any way to secure it. Instead, as I reached out to Marco again, he sent a message stating that they sold it. RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER ME. When I raised the issue, the explanation given was that "the owner makes those decisions." That doesn't change the fact that there was a breakdown in communication and basic customer service. Passing responsibility doesn't address what could have been handled differently. What stood out most is that there was no effort to advocate for a customer who was actively in the process of buying. I understand dealerships move inventory quickly. I do not understand bypassing a ready buyer without clear communication and then offering excuses afterward. Because of that, I chose not to move forward with this dealership. If you're considering buying here, make sure you explicitly secure the vehicle immediately. Do not assume communication or process will protect your position.

They add a $599 document fee (not unusual), then a $2499 reconditioning fee (insane), and a $599 tint fee (not allowed in AZ). The price should be for the car as advertised. It is totally bait-and-switch and false advertising per AZ law. I was trying to buy a 10k car, and they added over 4k in fees! Total waste of time. Avoid unless you love throwing your money away. He had a Tesla Model Y Long Range in Blue with White interior. It was easy to negotiate the price of the Model Y we purchased in December, and he gave us a fair trade-in value for our Tesla Model 3. We even negotiated some of the numbers via text messaging. Dylan does not try to addon extra non-optionally items like other dealers in the valley. No VIN etching, no Nitrogen tires, no Vehicle Theft Protection stickers, no required Warranties and no Window Tent. The price we negotiated is the price we paid minus trade-in. There were taxes, registration fee and his doc fee of $399.00 which is more than fair. He helped arrange finance thru Lentegrity at a fabulous rate of 5.99% and we became members in NASA's Federal Credit Union. I had to look up Lentegrity and this is what I found: Lentegrity has partnered with NASA to develop and offer a financing option to help small businesses and entrepreneurs access the technology and services they need to grow their businesses. This partnership provides small businesses with access to low interest loans and lines of credit. When we showed up to sign the paperwork we were done within 30 minutes. All the numbers were exactly as we agreed upon. We will be returning to buy our next car from Dylan and Spotleson Motor Group.

Took them two weeks to pick it up to start repairs, and it was a hundred and eleven days until I got it back. 3 weeks later, it broke down on Memorial Day while I was working. I found the car I liked through my banking app that uses truecar car buying app which automatically sent my contact info to the owner when I clicked to see the exact pricing. The owner called and I told him I'm just browsing. That was not a problem, he was quick to offer a text with the car info and that he would leave me be and to reach out to him if I wanted to look at the car or any others. I really appreciated that, especially after getting harassed by other dealerships that will continue to call and text you. Second, we showed up and were treated like VIPs, we were quickly able to checkout the vehicle we wanted and it was completely detailed and ready to go. We got to test drive it where ever in the area to ensure we got to see the handling of it. Third, the vehicle condition! I was a little concerned with the miles as I usually never purchase a vehicle With over a 100k but you could tell they took the time to ensure the car was looked over, lots of new parts, and it drove and still runs flawlessly. Fourth, the trade in and payment process was so easy and streamlined. Worked with the owner from start to finish and it took us about 45 mins tops! Part of it was my fault with recently getting married and half of my information I had changed my name but the other half didn't. It led to some confusion. Bonus! the website is kept up to date. When I showed up the car I wanted was there and every vehicle online was there. At the end of the day I was happy with the process and have even referred family.
