When you lose everything, your brain just stops working--every decision feels monumental, and there are too many to make. We called Eco, and they were incredible. From the moment Joe realized we were paralyzed by the weight of it all, he stepped in with patience, compassion, and professionalism. He didn't just ask what we wanted--he helped us figure out what we needed. When the sun is shining, everyone is your friend. But when disaster strikes, that's when you find out who your real friends are. Eco is now part of our family. Don't look any further. You're already in the right place.

Matt was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly. His suggestions for the design were thoughtful and helped guide the process. The initial design was shared in Excel, which provided a basic layout. When I requested more detail, they promptly provided a catalog with pictures, making decision-making much easier. The colors and designs we received matched the catalog perfectly. I was genuinely impressed by how accurate the color selections were. On installation day, Jose and his team arrived on time and did a great job. They worked efficiently and ensured that the space was cleaned up afterward, which I really appreciated. I'll use Eco Office again when we move to a larger space. Highly recommended! Doaa

At arrival, there was no line at the Copy & Print Center to the right of the entrance, where I was able to access my docs in the email I had sent to Staples' print service (staples@printme.com) without any assistance needed from employees. I ended up with flawless prints in vibrant colors on quality thick paper. It was better than I expected. For office supplies, this place is pretty reliable too, but service is on the slow side when making purchases based on my experience here a month ago and from what I observed last week. Glad I didn't have to wait in the register lines on my recent visit. Customers just need to run a credit card on the machine at each individual self-service printer to pay, a convenient and efficient system for all your printing and copying needs. I was in and out in about 5 minutes or so. It costed about 85 cents per page after tax (color ink, no other options added), not the cheapest but worth it to me.

Five years later I was realized that "temporary had become permanent" and this standard chair didn't provide needed support that I need while working from home. I almost purchased another standard chair (Costco), but decided to do some homework. Found BT Express on Yelp. Delighted they had several high end office chairs - cost was more than the Costco chair, but much lower than buying it new. Left with a barely used Steelcase office chair. Enjoying the great back support and overall quality. P.S. while @ BT I saw some cool furniture and artwork for sale. Great for someone starting off - or if you want quality, unique furniture at a good price. Also - only 1-2 people working there on Saturday - but he did a good job taking care of all customers.
