I needed a small ribbon cable repaired since it was a discontinued item and no used replacements that I could find for days on the web or ebay. Sent Binh a picture and he willingly offered to try and repair. He was the only one who even entertained my request. They told us they would open the computer and inspect it, but instead they powered it on immediately and left it closed. The next day, it was obvious they had not opened or inspected it at all. Then suddenly they wanted $99 just to open the back and take a look inside, which was completely different from what we had been told before. Without even opening the computer, they insisted that it would never work again and tried to sell us another laptop. The whole experience felt dishonest and honestly felt like a scam. We wasted two days driving back and forth and lost valuable time when we could have left the laptop open at home to let the moisture evaporate. The way they handled it made us feel as though they wanted the laptop to get worse so they could charge us to repair it.

One of the worst I've ever experienced. I can't believe that Apple actually contracts them to work with their customers. The tech has no sense of customer service. He was very rude in the way that he greeted me, spoke to me and helped me. He had a bit of an attitude from the very start and it gave me the impression that he did not want to either work with me or he was frustrated and stressed out. I tried to overlook it, however by the time I was about to hand over my phone. I just couldn't give my money to a business who treats their customers in the manner of which I was treated. I really needed my phone battery to be changed as I am traveling tomorrow morning. However, given the treatment that I did, I much rather sacrifice and wait until I get back from my trip. I'm big on customer service and believe that when you treat your customer as well they return and make referrals. I definitely wouldn't recommend coming to the shop Apple authorized or not. I plan to give Apple a phone call and share my experience with them as well. And by the way, this wasn't my first encounter at the shop. I remember going there years ago to get my son's iPad fixed and after today, I was reminded why I left and took my business elsewhere.
