Raj provided excellent service! I had a last minute urgent need to have something notarized and he helped us promptly! He was very understanding with my bad connection and was flexible with me paying him once I got home! I don't see any star less than 1 hence providing this. This is NOT at all a Notary service!!! Unprofessional !!! I came here to get my documents copies notarized for home loan and bank account opening. Once I submitted all the documents to the bank, found notarized from here are NOT VALID and got rejected. I was also ripped off $40 just to notarize 2 ID documents. Very unprofessional. Customers please beware!!! read more

I had to travel to India due to a family emergency. My son is a US citizen and I wasn't aware of the new visa rule. I was sent back from the airport to get an emergency visa and it was already late in the evening. I had one day left before the weekend starts and I had to leave the next day. Raj helped me with notarizing my documents for my son's emergency visa at the last minute even though it was very late in the evening. He has setup up a santizied desk place for his work. I would recommend him and will definitely go to him for all my paperwork which needs notarized in the future. read more

Raj accommodated us for a late appointment that fit our schedule. When we started the process, we realized that one of the documents needed to be reprinted. So I went home, got another printout, and came back to get that notarized. Highly recommended! read more

We…read morebegan the process of applying for a HELOC with Patelco in March, and from the start, it was an absolute mess. I was forced to repeatedly chase down responses--constantly emailing and calling just to get basic updates and move the process forward. Emails would go completely ignored, and it would take multiple phone calls over several days to get any answers. We opted to pay for a BPO appraisal hoping it would increase the home value estimate. It actually came back lower, which dropped the loan amount--fine. But again, I had to initiate contact to even find that out. No communication. I was then told we had 10 days to accept the new amount. I clearly and directly confirmed over the phone with the loan agent that we were okay with the new loan amount and wanted to proceed. So imagine my shock when I received a notification 10 days later that our loan was denied because we supposedly never confirmed the new amount. I immediately contacted both the underwriter and the loan agent--no response. That was over 5 weeks ago. I've followed up since, and still, no one has had the decency or professionalism to respond. At this point, I wouldn't trust Patelco with a single cent of my money. They've shown a complete lack of competence, accountability, and respect for their clients' time. Not only have they lost my business for this HELOC, but they've lost me as a customer for life. What a truly unacceptable and disappointing experience.

Raj is very punctual. He works outside his house, from a table. COVID19 conscious, has hand sanitizers, wears mask. He charges reasonably, around $5 to 7.5 per signature vs $15 per signature from UPS. He goes over your documents carefully. I recommend him. read more
