Super fast, super reliable, no hidden fees, and they actually give you clean furniture. You can see them taking care of it and they spend effort wrapping it up for shipment. The best part is they are reasonably priced compared to several other places. If they had everything that fit our office theme, we would've purchased it all from them. read more

I found these folks on Facebook marketplace, and thought it was too good to be true, but they were the real deal. I went today and they have office furniture that is VERY gently used and many things that can be used for homes as well from furniture to decor to lighting. To phone booths and so much more. They also offer assembly and delivery. Talk to Jonathan Aracely or Haina. It's family owned and operated and they have amazing prices. Also they have 3 huge bays of warehouses so don't leave any corner unvisited with so much variety in stock you need to visit with st least 45 minutes time. Come prepared to find many treasures. Also don't come just once. They have varying stock weekly and get products form super high end Texh and finance companies. read more

OMG, best experience ever. My 80-something-year-old mom got a little frustrated with not having her office set up for someone with a 5'2" frame. So I took her down to Bay2Bay for her birthday and got her a top-end chair. The office coordinator at the front was *SUPER* helpful, and explained to my non-tech Mom in very simple terms what was good (and bad!) about chairs, explained how to set the settings, and generally was super supportive without at all being pushy. Things went so well we came back a couple of hours later and got her an adjustable work desk to match the chair. Overall, the experience could _not_ have gone better. Five thumbs up! read more

They were great! Had a bajillion Herman Miller Aeron chairs plus a bunch of other ones - and they were about half price vs new ones. But the main benefit is that you could sit on all the chairs and test them out to see if you would like the chair first. I showed up about ten minutes before closing time and they helped me out anyway even though it went past close. Would definitely go back the next time I need a chair - or other assorted office furniture from probably-now-bankrupt companies! read more

Friendly service and the best prices around. We drove to several other used office furniture stores but came back to Bay 2 Bay. Glad we did!

The customer service was great and the staff patiently explained each chair's features to me. I came in to check out their ergonomic chair options. Pricing can be a hit or miss--as you can probably find better pricing of the same chair on FB marketplace, but their products' conditions are decent. Overall a great place to shop around. read more

The staff, especially Hannia, are super helpful, professional and very nice. That's the most important thing. The furniture was SUPERB! Clean and nice and in great shape! The prices also were outstanding. I almost don't want to write this review because it's the best kept secret in town. I definitely recommend this place for all your business and personal furniture needs. Very impressive overall. read more

Due to Covid-19, I'm stuck working from home, so I need a desk and chair. I called and Selena answered. She was so helpful and sweet. I went in today (Saturday) and found the perfect table that would fit in my home. I found a cute red chair with wheels, too. The prices are super good considering this is excellent furniture!!! :) Selena assisted me and made me feel so welcomed. This is my first time furniture shopping and Selena and the guys made me feel empowered. This place is better than IKEA. I highly recommend anyone needing furniture to come and take a look at the variety of furniture they have. read more

We were looking for an ergonomic desk chair for our work from home setup. I saw one of their marketplace posts on Facebook and that they had a warehouse you could checkout in person. We checked the location on google maps to find Bay 2 Bay Office Solutions. We decided to go check it out in person. The employees are very nice and helpful. We were able to browse through the office furniture and test out the items we were interested in. The employees were very knowledgeable in all the items they had. They pointed out key features that stood out between different models of chairs, such as different lumbar supports. Many of the items were in good condition, some even new for a fraction of the original cost if purchased directly from the brand. I even saw L-shaped desk/cubicles, space dividers, stand up whiteboard, ikea cubes, lobby styled lounge chairs. There are seriously so many options to choose from and great prices. I even saw them clean old furniture before selling to another customer. We decided to go with the Herman Miller chair and wanted a second one with the same back support. They did not have another in stock at the time but we were able to leave our name and phone number. We got a call back the same week that they received the same chair. They held it for us until we were able to pick it up. Overall great experience and customer service. We will definitely be back for future office needs. Don't forget to check in on Yelp for $5 off. You'll also save money if you bring cash. read more

Amazing selection of furniture at great prices and the most awesome sales people! I was looking for a couple of chairs for my home office and chanced upon this place. Wow! Their collection is gorgeous - chairs, tables, sofas, lights and everything you could possibly need to furnish an office or a living room! Their sales people were amazing - taking me around to find chairs and suggesting various options. They had multiple units of most common chairs. There were also various interesting chairs which I could've worked them into my home office (like a accent chair with wheels). In all, absolutely thrilled at getting the chair I wanted at a great price! Tip : If there are specific chairs you want, call ahead and ask them if they can steam clean it and keep it ready! Tip 2 : They do offer delivery - but you have to call and coordinate with them even if you place the order on their site. So pickups are better. I'm already planning my next trip! read more

No nonsense warehouse full of office furniture. Kind of two businesses in one and it works. From what I've observed they basically have a company that picks up office furniture from places that have closed down and all of it comes back to this warehouse for sale. I suspect they keep the better looking stuff elsewhere, as nothing here was 100% pristine with the exception of some conference room chairs. Stuff is all over the place but it's rather organized all things considered. I was looking for a chair because I bought one during the absolute height of this WFH insanity and paid $600 for a Steelcase which didn't really fit me well. I drove over here and just walked in. Nobody bothered me and mostly just left me alone to peruse around which was great. I knew I just needed a comfortable chair and tried on probably a dozen until I found exactly what fit me. Someone came by and asked if I needed help and I asked for the price. It was super reasonable and using some tips I read here, I brought cash and got a ~12% discount for doing so. There are no prices marked anywhere. Know what you want and have an idea of how much these things cost and you know you're gonna get a deal. Yes, this stuff is all used and not in perfect shape, but when I get an $800+ chair at almost a quarter of the price, I am not going to complain at all. I had an idea of specific chairs I was looking for, so I got really familiar with them. I also saw a bunch of these chairs in person at various workplaces, so I knew if some chair looked kinda questionable. For example, they had the ever popular Herman Miller Aeron chair there, but it had some really funky looking armrest covers; they were either aftermarket or poorly reupholstered. I'd avoid those.. I was at Ikea this weekend and saw some chairs that were wayyyyy worse in quality for the same price. Seriously, try them out. I heard amazing things about the Ikea Markus chair, but it's really lacking in quality. The padding is cheap and the hardware feels like it'll fall apart after a couple years. After coming here, I think it's ridiculous to spend more than $200 on a random big box store chair. Get something that lasts. read more

I'm very pleased with my experience here. They have a wide variety of office equipment such as standing desks, office chairs, storage cabinets, shelves, etc. so you should have no problem finding something that suits your needs! The staff are very knowledgable, personable, and helpful. They knew the specifications and information of a lot of their inventory which was very helpful. When I picked a desk to buy, they were kind enough to give me a small discount for paying cash. They also helped me disassemble it and load it into my car. Definitely come here if you are looking to buy gently used items for great prices! read more

If you're looking for office furniture, look no further! There's a plethora of high quality furniture at exceptionally reasonable prices. We needed to get a new chair and found a really nice gray Herman Miller chair in great condition. Staff was super helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. They are very knowledgeable of various brands and models, ensuring you get exactly what you need. If they know they don't have something in stock at this warehouse, they're even willing to drive to their second warehouse just to pick it up for you if you're willing to wait. Come quick because things go quick! Highly recommend coming here and we'll definitely be back. read more

We needed to get a stand up desk for WFH.. and WOW... pretty good selection! We got to try some out, sit on chairs, we even added monitors to see if it'll fit the desk. They are able to to change the top board with many selection. We ended up purchasing a grey-ish desk and it's perfect! They have a "weekend special" with a $25 off! ALSO... YELP CHECK IN SPECIAL $5 off! So, total of $30 off - I LOVE a deal! So desk was approx. $400! They take credit card with itemized receipt. They do deliveries... but we ended up leaving with table, which surprisingly fit in our little Prius. **+OVERALL: EXCELLENT customer service, VERY helpful & I love a deal! read more

This place is great! I was looking for a commercial-grade standup desk for my WFH setup. I specifically wanted a manual crank-style (because i didn't want to deal with the electric motor going bad). I called them after seeing something on their site that i liked. I asked whether i could come see the desk and try out the crank to see if was smooth and in working order. The woman that answered the phone said "Yeah, we have that here. Unassembled, but we can assemble it for you in about 45 minutes." So i went down there 45 minutes later and sure enough, the desk was there assembled! I tried out the crank and bought the desk! Great customer service. I plan to add more office furniture to my home office and will definitely be coming here to shop again. read more

This review is about their STANDING DESKS. I've had my Poppin standing desk for 2 weeks now. I sent a message to the seller via FB and they responded super quick. I made an appointment for Tuesday. When I arrived, I can see there were quite a few customers going in and out, so they were definitely popular, especially with everyone working from home these days. I walked up and was greeted immediately. They showed me the different options of standing desks per my criteria (electric, memory, 48-in length, white legs, light wood colored top). They were able to customize the desk to what I wanted at an affordable price. They swapped the tops quickly, sanitized the desk, and loaded it into my Jeep. SERVICE was EXCELLENT and super fast. PRODUCT is GREAT SO FAR! I highly recommend this place for your office furniture needs. read more

The best place to get office products with good quality and fair price. I got this Herman Miller office chair last year and it is totally worth it. Especially during the quarantine time! It is a very nice chair! Today, when my friend told me she needs a office chair, I think this is a must go place. I called and found they are open until 5pm. So we went to there and picked up a used Steelcase chair! We highly recommend this place!! read more

First, let me start by saying that 1 star is an overstatement for this place. The owner Tomas Rojas and the other individual involved (Carlos) are the most untrustworthy and shady individuals I have ever seen and dealt with. What truly amazing is how they can be in business. They lied to me on numerous occasions, ignored phone calls and wasted a tremendous amount of time. They scheduled multiple appointments (9am). When called and inquired about their whereabouts, they kept saying they were coming and NEVER showed up. On top of this, they would not even return phone calls and just kept hiding. If you want to deal with some really shady people, you found the perfect place! The worst experience I have ever had dealing with any establishment (worse than government!!!). read more

I don't know why someone wrote a SCAM ALERT for this place?! Bay 2 Bay deserves all 5 stars. They just finished installing our cubicles and our furniture. I went to all the 4.5 star places in Santa Rosa, and let me tell you: these guys give you the best deals out there. And if I wasn't happy with a chair (because some are used and may not be as "pretty" as I liked), they went back and fetched me another one. These guys are CLASS ACTS. I got VERY NICE Technion cubicles for $350-400 each. Other places were quoting me anywhere from $650 to 800. I got whiteboards (heavy, magnetic, HUGE ones) for less than $20 (those are typically $400 a pop). The guys who came by and installed worked their butts off. They deserve a huge amount of kudos for the work they do. They were responsive to deal with (answered my calls) and just... all around pleasant and nice guys. Would love to do business with them again. read more

Arrived on a sunny Saturday before 3pm and was thoroughly confused at where the entrance is. We spied stairs going into a warehouse so we let ourselves in. There were signs pointing to their showroom however it lead to a closed steel door so I wasn't sure if they were just closed or not ready for public viewing. Looking completely confused and lost, an employee there spotted us and tried to help by showing us some chairs scattered around however they didn't have the one we were looking for specifically. The prices seem reasonable though as I asked how much their Steelcase Leap v1 was and they told me it was $200. read more

So this is a really good place to find office furniture in good condition at a reasonable price. The place is packed, so ask and ye shall find it for thee! I purchased an office stool for my workbench. It was like new, and very reasonable. Turns out it was made for a GIANT, so I was able to exchange it for a normal sized stool of the same type. They are a really great group to work with, and have a nice organized website so you can get an idea of what they have before you go. read more

This is my first Yelp review ever. I found Bay 2 Bay from a Google search and came away thinking they're the best kept secret when it comes to nice office chairs. We picked up a Herman Miller 'Mirra' and a SteelCase Think chair at great prices. It'll definitely become our go-to office consignment store. They get a: * 5-star for selection * 5-star for price (they're honest--if something's soiled or worn, they'll give you a discount) * 4-star for quality (a mix of brands--after all it's a consignment store, but lots of top of the line used items) * 5-star for service (Tomas, Jonathan, and Selina were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional); There were other staff around all repairing and customizing desks. It's a large warehouse and well ventilated because the entire front door is open. Everyone was wearing masks and good about social distancing. Inventory varies as new shipment comes in and items are sold, so check back if they don't have what you're looking for. read more

Very nice people here and great prices. With having so many long Zoom meetings I was experiencing back pain from my ancient office chair. They did have less expensive chairs but I really liked the look and feel of this one. And they allow returns! Very happy customer. read more

Bay 2 Bay Office Solutions - New (to me) chair. - Office Equipment Near Me - Santa Clara, California

I was in search of a used lateral filing cabinet for my business and came across the website for Bay 2 Bay Office Solutions. I did a quick search on their website and found exactly what I was looking for so I headed down to their store. They have a large warehouse and have just about anything you are looking for and all items appear in pretty good condition. I was greeted at the front door right away and was immediately taken back to where the item was that I was interested in. To my surprise, it was a NEW filing cabinet, not used and was a Herman Miller. They grabbed a dolly, wheeled it out to the front of the store, went over the item with me and made sure it had all the parts and was working properly, wrapped it up and even loaded it my car for me. What service! The girls at the front desk were incredibly polite and super helpful. If I ever need any additional office items they will be my first stop!
