Great selection at reasonable and consistent prices of both herman miller and steel series chairs, with plenty in excellent condition. Was able to try out and test a whole ton of chairs to ensure what I got worked for me and had no unexpected issues, and the chair I decided on (which was not what I had expected to like most before trying it out -- it was really nice to try out so many different options all in one place here) has worked reliably ever since! read more

Saw their ad on craigslist. Over the years all I've purchased is used office chairs from places like Liberty, so I have a general idea of what things should be valued at. After navigating through some of the most run down parts of San Jose to get there, we arrived at a driveway half blocked by an electricians truck. The parking lot was nearly full. We saw a man working outside and asked if we could park behind the forklift, he said yes so we did, but much of the parking lot was taken up by Liberty's inventory, a hodgepodge of office furniture, patio furniture, and what looked like psychiatric hospital rubber foam couches. You could only tell it was them from a worn out sign out front. We made our way inside to a warehouse stuffed to the brim with used office furniture. The first chair my wife liked she sat in. She asked the woman how much. "$450, it's a genuine Herman Miller, normally $1200 on their site" "Let's go" my wife said, and we walked out. Looking at the Herman Miller site, it's not the Aeron which is the closest chair styled to the web back/seat chair we were looking at. It might be a model a few years older, which means it's not worth 1/3rd of what the latest model is worth. I'm not sure where this egregious pricing comes from. $160 tops from the places I would go to. That being said, my wife said she'll just buy a chair off amazon. I suppose Liberty's warehouse will continue to pile up, especially considering the incoming economic downturn which will have these things literally being thrown out on the curb. read more

I was in the market for an office chair and had just wasted a few couple bucks buying one at the office chain stores. Never again! My friend recommended I check this place as she found a chair she liked after physically trying them out. I arrived and there was one parking spot open. I parked and walked into this large warehouse space. I echoed a loud hello and someone behind a desk returned the hello. I looked at rows of endless chairs and asked for recommendations. He asked for my price range and we started looking. I tried a few chairs but seem like a small and limited amount till he said he had sold one at a price I liked and asked if I wanted to check it out. He knew the names of the chairs, the brands, what they can do etc. Super knowledgeable. He shared how they acquire their chairs and while most look like used chairs being resold they are all in good condition. I tried out the chair and it was comfy I had picked my chair. My kiddo shopped around a bit more and made up his mind on one of their best sellers. We purchased both chairs and Gregory helped us put the chairs in my car. The chairs were HELLA heavy so that was a lot of help. My kiddo and I were both happy with our shopping experience and purchase. Thank you Gregory for making this a seamless process! read more

I just can't find many positives about this place. Parking is terrible. But the only thing worse than trying to find parking is trying to find anything inside the warehouse. It's a big mess. Service is minimal to non-existent. There's one lady behind a desk playing solitaire on the computer, but that's it. We walked around a bit and left. There are better places to shop. read more

Found a great deal on some new chairs and table for a temporary spruce up of our workspace. The store is big. There is a lot of things to choose from. It can be a little hard to see as its pretty full. Not the greatest of locations. It gets the job done! Staff is friendly. read more

Was in need of 10 conference room chairs, when I stumbled upon their Yelp page. After having already visited 2 other stores that morning, I was desperately hoping Liberty Liquidators would have what I needed. I arrived to the warehouse a little before 10am, which is their listed opening time. Ended up waiting until around 1030 for someone to arrive to open up. Not a big deal, but I was on a time crunch so I was really feeling the pressure. Finding places that have inventory to accommodate a quantity of 10 for one specific chair was difficult, but they made it easy. They even lowered the price a little bit due to how many we were buying. They also cleaned and dropped the chairs off to their destination within 2 business days. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely purchase from them again. read more

Prices are way to high and the customer service as terrible. The guy seemed bothered to get up to view the item we were asking about and price it. Seemed like they didn't want to make a sale. Not wort stoping here. read more

Found this warehouse online. They carry a wide array of used and new professional office furniture. I came in looking for some colorful pieces for my school's office. Fernando was super helpful! I brought home 4 yellow chairs, 4 celery green chairs, 2 royal blue elongated hexagon benches, 1 orange cube ottoman, and one small side table. It all fit in my minivan along with baby and our big stroller. read more

Monica and her team are the best ! Everything she has to offer is high quality, in great condition and very good prices. This is my third time shopping with Liberty Liquidators over the past year and I look forward to many more years of being a customer. Be prepared to be amazed by all the options, this place is furniture heaven. read more

Good quality equipment at great prices. The delivery guy went above and beyond to help me fit a large desk through a narrow doorway. read more

I came in here 30 minutes before closing today (Saturday) and the folks there were very helpful in answering my questions. The owner, I'm assuming, waiting for me to go out and get cash from a nearby bank, and I came back at 2:59pm, a minute before closing. They helped me out anyway. They made sure the specific chair I bought was in good working shape before wrapping it up in plastic (it was raining) and loading into my truck. Highly recommend people to go here to get somewhat used high-end chairs for their work from home setup instead of guessing and trusting reviews on online websites. For context: I bought myself a Herman Miller Aeron-B chair. read more

Wow, love this place! Visited a few stores in the area but this was the best in terms of selection. Hector was super helpful and he has a wonderful selection of stand up desks (and just about anything else one could want in an office). Desks are priced competitively and you can customize it - my husband took like an hour to look at all the bases and the separate tops and they put it together. Delivery was $75 - very reasonable and they were able to deliver it the next day. We will definitely come back if we need more furniture! read more

Purchased a Herman Miller Aeron remastered from here. It was very easy to set-up a time to meet them, the chair was new and at a great price, and the staff was friendly. The store itself is a bit tucked away, but you'll see the store sign if you look out for it. Would recommend, and no complaints here! read more

Thank you Liberty Liquidators for the friendly service and for making sure that we left as happy customers! This place truly has everything you could possibly want for a home office (or even a living room!). While it looks intimidating at first, the place is clean, well organized, and most importantly filled with great pieces for all types of spaces! My husband and I are extremely happy with our hydrologic standing desk. It looks great in our office nook! We will absolutely be back! read more

I've been to this location twice, both times looking for chairs. The staff is professional - helpful and knowledgeable. They have a wide selection of office furniture - in particular Herman Miller and Knoll chairs. Most chairs seemed to be in great condition, unlike some other liquidators in the Bay Area. Prices were competitive as well, and we ultimately left with a chair in the trunk of our car in our second visit. read more

Bought a bunch of furnitures with satisfying design, quality as well as price. The inventory here is more than expected. You will find what you want for sure. Great place for young professionals and startups. I want to thank Fernando for his kind help and extremely good services when picking and shipping. Great experience. Definitely recommending! read more

I have a hard time finding office chairs that fit and are comfortable. I came here to find a deal and try them out before I bought. It took a lot of looking around but I found the perfect chair! read more

Great spot for high quality office equipment. Recommend checking this place before buying an office chair.

The place looks a little sketchy from the street, but don't let that put you off. It isn't really like a store with inventory arranged and prices marked. At least when I visited looking for a chair it was a mass of chairs and other furniture and a guy pointing at various ones and saying "tell me how much you want to spend." Purely by accident I got a great Herman Miller chair for a fraction of the retail price, and my back feels 100% better. Considering the BS I had looking for chairs at other places, I would absolutely recommend visiting here sooner rather than later in your search. read more

Great quality used office equipment. bought many times, always my go to place for home office selection.

Great selection of office furniture at reasonable prices. The staff was very helpful too. Definitely recommend.

They had a solid selection, pretty casual. Got an open box Herman miller Aeron. Staff was pretty helpful. Pretty low key place just a warehouse. read more

I went based on the excellent reviews. I was very disappointed when I got there. The furniture was stacked on top of each other up to the rafters, you cannot tell what they have. I looked around for a while and saw a couple of desks (for my home office.). Didn't see what I was looking for, the stock is piled on top of each other so who knows what was there. Finally asked the lady that was sitting at a desk that she was very hidden. Asked if there were any desks and was told nope no desks only tables. She said it so dismissively that I said ok, thanks anyway. BTW you do have desks but thanks anyway. It was very clear she didn't care to help her customers nor does she know the stock in their warehouse. read more

I got a Steelcase Leap V2 chair from here. Staff here is nice. I called in to check if the chair was there and then came to pick it up. Prices are very fair. My chair was in good condition. I looked at the other chairs as well and they were in good condition. One of the workers also helped me carry the chair into my car. I would definitely come back here if I need another chair. I highly recommend buying an office chair from here. read more

Found a great office chair and plan to go back for more! Just go with ample time to look around and find what you need..

This place has a good selection of desk. Chairs cabinets and other office furniture. The prices seem high for some things and the customer service is lacking. Not once did anyone ask if we needed help. read more

Our office just purchased seven Aeron chairs through Liberty Liquidators (LL). Although they did not have all the chairs on-hand, they were acquired for us very quickly with no extra prompting required by me. We worked with Craig, who was well able to demonstrate chair's 'bells-and-whistles' to our assistant and was able to identify and acquire the size chair necessary for each individual's needs (i.e., one 'A', one 'C, and five 'B'). Though used, the chairs we purchased were in capital condition. In short, LL receives my 5-stars for Craig's good service and excellent prices. PS - Liberty Liq. is easy to find and their low-profile warehouse is perfect for the venture. read more

Liberty Liquidators are honest guys, a friend and I were looking for chairs at home and had a great experience. Hector was super patient from beginning to end even though I was only wanting one chair. He had no qualms with me upgrading for a higher end model the day after and they were happy to clean up the chairs. I've checked 2 other big resellers and they were slow to respond and their stock was not great. These guys stand behind what they sell and I would check these guys out in the future for any furniture needs. read more

Purchased several items over a couple years for home and office. Pre-COVID I worked just down Charcot. I had helpful but not intrusive help from staff, who were great about my wondering through their stock. I've bought a 3x5 white work table, a low 3-drawer cabinet with padded seat for my home office space and 11 bright yellow metal occasional chairs for use in garden, etc. I love the convenience that quality of using proper office furniture at home provides. Drawers work, table top cleans well. Worth a bit of extra time. read more

These guys are great to work with. If you have a bit of imagination and a knack for picking furniture you can furnish your new office in style and on a budget. But it is not everyone's cup of tea to walk through the isles looking for matching furniture. And don't worry. They clean everything before delivering it to you. read more

Working from a home office, I've purchased a few chairs over the years. Most recently, a Steelcase Leap V2 office chair to replace my aging Steelcase Leap. The representative provided a good demo on the chair as it did have some slightly different features than my current one. Even though there were less expensive versions of the same chair on Craigslist, I feel more comfortable going to an established business as opposed to the shady characters that often populate CL. read more

I was shopping around for furniture since I just moved in nearby and I stumbled upon liberty liquidators and they attended to my needs right away and showed me exactly what I was looking for at great prices! They have a variety of options if you need that but I went for a computer chair and a couple of desks. They were very helpful with loading it up in my vehicle and even offered assembly. I wouldn't definitely come back here for future purchases read more

Hector and Liberty Liquidators are the best company for used furniture. I've been to them all, And their inventory and prices are the best.

All the staffs at Liberty are very nice and friendly. I bought several office furniture in the morning, Monica gives me good price on each item; Fernando and his team prompt delivered and set up in the afternoon the same day. they had the furnitures all wrapped to ensue they would not get scratched or dents during delivery transportation. The next day, I went back to pick up one more accessory, Monica decides to give me for free for second one as an incentive; they are very easy and happy to talk, discuss the price, and answer your questions... read more

I think it is safe to say this place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The representative at the front desk could not be bothered to put down her cell phone and stop looking at Facebook for the entire 20 minutes I was there. They will never know that I was there to furnish an entire office with cash and wound up leaving because of the absolute lack of service. Truly, truly horrible. read more

I walked in, two feet from the reception desk, past the only other person in the dead-quiet 10,000sq ft warehouse. She didn't say a word, direct her gaze upward, or otherwise acknowledge my existence. Stock looks ok, there aren't always prices listed on the items. The warehouse would be an excellent place to film the final sequence of a horror movie. read more
