Steer clear of using Westminster Promotions in California. My one-star rating is generous. This company promises but does NOT deliver on those promises ... They were sorely lacking in providing a high degree of customer service for my corporate awards order. I constantly emailed the company wondering about my order's status and made several attempts to telephone them and they never answer their phones! Marisa and LaLia did not follow through with providing a proof in a timely-manner when they said they would. I waited two weeks to receive the FIRST proof, and when finally received, it was under an extremely tight turnaround with a correction ... and then they said because of a minor correction I had made (and believe me it was minor!), they said the order may not be received in time. Huh?? The original delivery date for having my awards in-hand was supposed to be no later than 5/29, and it kept pushing back because I still did not have a proof to review!!!! I received the awards delivery on my last day in the office prior to traveling to my event. I am a senior-level corporate meeting planner and have worked with hundreds of vendors across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, and they rank at the bottom. Needless to say, they have caused me great stress the last several weeks as I have numerous other events I'm working on and lots of deadlines to meet. I will not use their company again ... EVER.
